    Beautiful Unit but the Electric Connection has a European Plug. I don’t know why Best Buy is selling these in America ?

    A great smart AC! Very easy to control from the app. It shows you what is the current temperature in that particular part of the house and you can turn it on from anywhere. Super simple to set up. I am also able to control it via Alexa. Very happy with my purchase.

    My second LG AC we have our home. Would never by another brand after seeing how well these two work. Great machine, very quiet, and extremely efficient. Barely saw my electric bill go up.

    Did not show proper wiring needed to operate. Has been a terrible experience all the way around. Bestbuy now pawns off their deliveries and call center to other companies that clearly do not care about customer service.

    Great air conditioner. Comes with a sleeve for wall install. The only draw back is the cord from the front cover plate to the main unit was slightly hard to connect. Cools first floor of my bi-level home great.

    Told my plug had no power but its got 240 volts so it the ragged ac unit not working and brans new. Im not happy at all! Im now in limbo waiting for another unit

    I can’t give an honest review on this particular unit, as I refused the unit and ordered the 14,000 BTU version, which is AMAZING BTW. The reason I refused it was because the voltage listed on LG’s site is 240 volt, but the plug is incorrectly listed as 115 volt. After much research, I found an official pdf User manual and Product specification sheet, and they both said it uses a 240 volt plug. I am sure it is a fine unit if you have the 240 volt plug and can use it. The 115 variety is outstanding and would recommend.

    It is in good condition! We’re happy thst it has an energy saver! But make sure you have the 220 outlet! It’s not as noisy as others

    This was the worst experience i had with any retail store. I would give 0 stars if i could. I purchased this unit online it was supposed to arrive in 5 days, then when the day came i got a notification saying my package will be delayed, so i contacted the support and they said it will arrive in 72 hours but nothing came. I contacted them again and they said they will send me the replacement and it will be delivered in 10 days, so i waited again and today after almsot 20 days from the original purchase, i got a notification saying they are returning my unit to the sender. This is ridiculous service. I would never purchase anything from bestbuy again, and i will recommend every body else in my family not to.

    Great AC! This is my 2nd day with the unit in my bi-level home. Im in here typing underneath my blanket lol and its 88 degrees outside right now. It definitely cools the top floor. I think its worth the money. I paid $629 for it. No taxes (DE) make sure that you have the 230v connection befrore the install.

    Don’t buy it it’s huge and has no American plug it’s EU PLUG and it’s really not worth the hassle of getting being disappointed and hauling this thing to an ups to return it. I would not recommend it honestly just get a different one

    Didn’t have the opportunity to use. The plug was different than what my outlets are. Had to return. It didn’t specify the plug in the description. Maybe that’s something they can do is show pictures of the plug on air conditioner so one will know

    My house is about a 1000 square feet; tiny house. But this air conditioner is doing what it’s supposed to do. Cool it down. The living room and the kitchen are designed in an open concept, so the majority of the COOL area is half of my home, considering it’s where I spend the majority of the time.
