I purchased the purifier back in November. About a month ago it started making more noise than it should, and I thought maybe something had gotten caught on the fan blades and was flapping around. I cleaned the unit inside and out and couldn’t find anything. I was worried that I would have to call in the warranty, but I tried replacing the filter just in case. Works perfectly now.
I am pleased with the purifier and the replacement filter, but apparently I need to consider replacing the filter every 3 months, not every 6-8 as recommended. I do not think I have a particularly dusty location, and although the purifier is running some 80-90% of the time on the lowest setting I am surprised that the original filter went bad so quickly. The original filter apparently got clogged and limited airflow despite no visible buildup or discoloration.

This is the second time I have received the wrong size filets for air purifier. They are offered with the unit – then they are delivered too small. I’m done with buying them from Best Buy. I’ll try Amazon

This product does so well in filtering the air from dust and allergens. I use it with my Levoit air filter in my bedroom. I run it at night and do not feel any allergies in the morning. When I forget to run it, I immediately feel the difference. I get itchy throat and congestion.

Comes with 2 types of filters. The thin ones are replaced more frequently. The larger filter can be replaced one or twice a year.

I use this air purifier in my office. It was bigger than I anticipated. Could probably fit on a desk but was too much of an eye sore for me so I placed it on the floor. Can be loud or quiet depending on the setting and I think it has done pretty well. Every time I change the filter at the suggested intervals they are pretty dusty!
