I am very satisfied with this purchase. As for shipping, it came in super quick; about 3 days before the estimated date. The laptop itself is very small, which I personally like because it’s easier for me to type. As for performance, it runs quite fast and smoothly. For 12gb of RAM it was definitely a good deal. I have only used it once though, so hopefully it will continue to satisfy me in the future lol.

I will be hesitant to purchase a refurbished computer from best buy again. the device works fine now, but i had to work with geek squad 3 times. once over the phone for an hour and twice in person. i live a full 2 hours from the nearest best buy and this is a hassel. the computer works fine now, really well in fact. lenovo seems to do a good job of not installing too much bloat wear. the case and all parts seem well built. the keyboard is small but i have an external one that helps. if if wasnt for all of the issues i laid out earlier, i would rate this computer higher.

Solid laptop. I like it’s design. I don’t use my laptop intensely, but it runs well. Love the tablet ability, had to buy my own pen though.

The item was great and all good but the power bottom was broken and the computer was turning on by itself on and on. looks like no one checked on that details. I was traveling and had to get it fixed for work so I took it to a shop and swapped with my old Yoga and that fortune had the same bottom.
