Disappointed –
Sad to say, this fan has already broken down. Of course, I’d already tossed the box as I’ve had it, oh, a month or so–figured it would keep working (so can’t just send it back). Nope. Two days ago, it began to shut down while oscillating. Would turn, then shut off. Then, it woud start over again, then oscillate and shut down. I couldn’t get it to work. It runs, but just sits there, and as the oscillating was giving a semblance of coolness, having it run while just sitting still does nothing. I’ve unplugged the thing and it’s sitting in a corner. I’m figuring it will go out to the curb with a “Free” sign indicating it needs work to run. Agh. This fan was expensive. I expected it to make it through as least one summer?! Sorry, very, very disappointed in this fan. : (

Got this so a fan on our patio room would not overwhelm the audio on our tv and not be too loud in a quiet and relaxing room.
This fan works! Very low noise even at max, plenty of breeze and the best part is that due to its vertical and slim profile, it does not take up space in our moderate patio room space.
100% satisfied with this fan. It was a perfect choice. We were not sure until we used it for a few weeks, but, it is a keeper.
We shop at Amazon as well, but, this fan and at its price point was a better deal then at Amazon.

Stable base. The low setting is pretty quiet, but the high setting is a bit loud for my taste. The air flow is great across a room.

Pretty easy to set up, maybe 5 minutes. I wanted something that was pretty quiet and this amazingly quiet. Level 3 is like a low hum, but it pushes out a lot of air. The remote is ok, you have to have it pointed right at the fan for it work. Hopefully this will do my well in the summer

It was a nice fan but I’ve only had it two years and ONLY use it June through September and the buttons are all malfunctioning. Barely used the thing and when you press the buttons they don’t respond. A fan shouldn’t fall apart after two summers
