This product is shown as a “15” Width 28 Bottle Dual Zone”. It is virtually impossible to get 28 botles in this unit. Max is 24 – and that’s only if you happen to have all bottles very thin and you reverse the front and back order of every other bottle. A number of my bottles wouldn’t fit at all. The shelves are flimsy light wood. They do not contain separations for the bottles.
The “User Manual” lists pretty much almost every model that they produce. Except “Section 2 Diagram of Product” does not include this LW28D.
In “Section 4 Operating Instruction” the LW28D is finally listed. The settings instructions for temperature zones that is listed is in reverse of what it actually is. Also, it took 2 full days for the unit to accurately get to the temperatures that were set.
All in all I basically threw away a lot of money for a less than mediocre unit, with my wine bottles scrunched in, that I am now stuck with. The only reason I bought this at all is because my wonderful Wine Enthusiast Wine Fridge finally went down after many, many good years.
My advice on this is look somewhere else first because in my opinion this is a way overpriced inferior product.
