    There isn’t a lot to be said for a device that has been staple kitchen gadget for the last 50 years.

    1. Easy to use
    2. Easy to clean up
    3. Lots of addons to make pasta or grind meat.

    I use mine all the time!! I’ve been wanting one since I was a child and I finally got one! I use it any chance I can get. It makes live in the kitchen a breeze and it’s more exciting to try new recipes. Now I’m staying to collect the attachments. So far I have the cheese grater that I used for Thanksgiving to make homemade Mac N Cheese!

    Bought this mixer for my wife for xmas. after I bought it , I discovered it use to come withb a spring and washer on the shaft to hold the mixer tool down where it needs to be. I called kitchenade about purchasing the spring and washer separately. Said they dont have it and it doesnt need it. Well , I can tell you from using ours , it DOES need the spring and washer. There is such a demand for the spring and washer , that Amazon sells them in a kit for 15 bucks. There are a lot of people ardering them , so dont tell me it doesnt need it. Beware of this mixer.

    This mixer is the OG—the gold-standard, and I was happy to purchase it as a Christmas present for my daughter<3 She is very excited that attachments can be added (icecream bowl, pasta maker, etc.). If you are going to buy a lifetime appliance, buy the best (and Christmas Red will always remind her of her Mama’s love for her : ) Now she has asked me to come over and teach her how to make some of her favorite Christmas cookies, so win/win! Mine was passed down to me from my mother, but since I’m still using it, I had to get my girl one of her own. Many happy memories of cooking with this kitchen workhorse—Bon Appetit!

    If you’re on the fence, buy it! It has a hefty price tag but these things last a lifetime. I never owned one before and am so happy at home much I’m able to make from scratch at home now. Definitely an investment but so so worth it.

    The mixing paddle hits the bowl. The mixer bucks and bounces and the tilt lock lets go. Will be returning the mixer for exchange. Cannot recommend the unit based on the one I received.

    This was a gift for my wife and she loves it. This mixer has plenty of power and it is well designed. It’s rather heavy, so we plan to keep it on the counter which doesn’t bother us. It’s actually quite beautiful and fits with our kitchen colors. We have used it for one month and it seems to be very well built and easy to use.
