    Excellent cooktop. Looks good and performs amazing. Only problem for me is that the burner covers vibrate when you walk around the island. A bit annoying but the cooktop performs great.

    Terrible experience. Was told it was it perfect condition. Must have had a refrigerator fall on it prior to me picking it up. Got it all the way home to TX from OH….long drive and it was totally bent and all of the metal grates broken. Very disappointing. The local Best Buy was very understanding and easy to deal with!

    Great Cooktop! At only 300CFM max it still is able to effectively ventilate any smells from the source. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a cooktop with a downdraft.

The fantastic installation expert that came and installed my new dishwasher told me exactly how he could make this work for me! I ordered immediately, and requested him to install! Have loved it everytime I have used it so far! Easy clean up too!

    Replaced a 30 year old downdraft stovetop with my remodel. I’m very satisfied with this KitchenAid model and I love having the extra large burner for my big pressure cooker pot. I don’t understand why Jennair sells the same model for hundreds more when they are both made by Whirlpool. Looks great on my island and goes nicely with my black KitchenAid dishwasher.

    We opted for this cooktop with downdraft to avoid a large hood over our island. The cooktop is great – with a perfect mix of burners. There is a melting burner which also has an interchangeable burner top for even lower melting temperature which also works for a low simmer. The downdraft venting is perfect. Highly recommend!

    Great cooktop! I was skeptical about a downdraft cooktop and its effectiveness but it works very efficiently for our kitchen. The burners give off plenty of heat and the design it very nice. If you are considering a downdraft cooktop, you may want to look closely at this one!

    Replaced 15 year old GE cooktop with this unit. Excellent venting from the 3 burners bordering the center vent, with less than ideal suction for 2 burners on the left. Near instantaneous lighting of the burners. Blower under the unit is compact, leaving plenty of space in the cabinet below. Excellent overall styling with quality fit and finish.

    I like the gas stovetop. The issue I have is that you can’t get the gas level to be low enough on any burner. I have another in my other house and I can get so much lower for the flame. This does cause an issue

    After months of waiting after paying thousands upfront, nothing was installed. When your installers showed up to take measurements and had to ask me to borrow a tape measure, I should have known this was going to be a disaster. What a waste of time.
