I can not believe how quickly the oven bakes. It cooks so quietly I had to watch it to make sure it was working. If you use the meat probe to roast it tells you what time it should be done to your taste. So happy with my new oven.

This oven replaced an older KitchenAid oven that we used faithfully for almost 10 years, and that oven was working perfectly when we replaced it. The reason for the replacement was that we decided to switch appliance color in our kitchen.
Feature wise, there is very little this oven won’t do for you. It heats evenly, and cooks true to the time estimate on our recipes. The oven is also extremely quiet. Not really a complaint, but (like every other oven) preheating seems takes longer than I would like.

After extensive research on wall ovens, I was skeptical because of so many bad reviews. I decided on Kitchen Aid since their other products are so durable and last a long time. Ordered this oven for our kitchen renovation & ended up having to upgrade the electrical panel to meet the capacity load of the oven. Once the oven was installed it showed an error code. Contacted Best Buy and since it was within the 14 day return, they immediately scheduled a replacement to be delivered within a few days. The new one is installed and works amazing so far (have only used for a couple months now). It will take some practice baking since it’s not only a regular oven, but can also be used as a convection oven, which temps and cooking time are totally different. I am so please with this and it makes me just want to bake cookies everyday! haha… All in all, customer service was 5 star (one guy even had a great sense of humor!). Hope this helps someone contemplating this oven!! I got the stainless black and it is beautiful!!

This oven has never worked properly. The lights flicker, the door doesn’t shut properly, the convection fan sounds like an airplane, and the cleaning setting doesn’t work at all. It is a complete lemon that Best Buy nor Kitchen Aid will fix or replace. A total waste of $2500.

Oven works great. It was however shipped with a 27 inch vent plate for the bottom and the oven is 30 inches. The installer told me that I would have to contact Kitchenaid myself to get the right part. I called and spent 45 minutes on hold waiting for someone. Then they told me it might take some time to get it. I called back a month later and was told that the shooting in Indianapolis FEDEX was holding up all shipments. Have no idea when I might gat the correct vent plate.

Purchased this oven when we remodeled the kitchen. KitchenAid had a good reputation until the unit died after a little bit over a year. Have Best Buy Total Tech to cover and they are trying their 3rd attempt to fix it after a 3 month period of ordering parts and reschedules on my part and theirs.
KitchenAid is really a rebranded Whirlpool to make it look fancy. Knowing what I know now, I would NOT buy this unit or any other rebranded Whirlpool with an upcharge to make it look nice. You can dress up a pig all you want but it’s still a pig.
