    Haven’t used stovetop yet. Installation was easy. But installation specs need to be more clear about needing a border for the retaining clip to work. Installation instructions not very clear on this part.

    The printing above the knobs that show you low/high etc are so faint you can hardly even read them. As a professional Home Inspector,, this is hazardous. Someone could think it is off, leave the house and kaboom. If I inspect a house with this illegible printing, I would mark it as a hazardous deficiency. Unfortunately it will be a pain to uninstall and return.

    I have had this for about a month now, love this cooktop. No issues so far, heats appropriately & having 5 burners is helpful when cooking multiple items at once.

    I’m really enjoying my new KitchenAid cook top. It looks nice and perked up my kitchen. Also, the two guys that did the installation, Danny and Tony of Precision Appliance Co., did a great job and cleaned up well.

    After less than a week with nothing really cooked on it the burners are starting to pit and become discolored. Looks terrible after a week and I don’t think I can return it!

    Item came defective. Etched numbers and flame levels are not able to be read on the display panel. I can barley read the word “KitchenAid” on the unit. Knobs are cheap, ignition to the burners is slow and controls do not operate smoothly. For the price, this unit is made cheaply.
    BUT, EVERYTHING NOW SEEMS TO BE MADE SO CHEAP.
    Samsung ovens break after three weeks….LG washers and dryers are such JUNK!!!! This unit is almost in that catagory.
    I am SO SICK of buying new things for lots of money, and have them be broken or defective right out of the box.
    I really want to focus on the used market from now on.

    Plenty of space. I can have multiple pots on burners at the same time. It’s a little right but works. Great power levels. Grates sit on easy and clean up easy. The buttons are very sensitive is the only negative I have.

    This item came in on time and the dimensions listed were right on the dot for me. The materials used are substantial, and it feels like they will last a very long time. It’s the easiest-to-clean gas stove I’ve ever owned. I’m very impressed and very pleased with this purchase.

    Nice looking cooktop. Knobs have heft, grates are well built and stainless finish seems scratch resistant however I should have looked more closely at the btu’s for each burner. I just assumed Kitchenaid would only make a high heat cooktop. It takes forever to cook using all burners except for the center. If you’re used to having a high number for btu’s that can boil a pot of water in less than 20 minutes keep searching. If you’re only into looks this one checks the box.

    Kichenaid quality is way better, compared to othe model. Recently i had dishwasher, cook top and oven combined with microwave. I love all unit performance and durability. I used use samsung dishwasher and i had to change the spring rope or thread many times. It breaks and the door could fall on legs. However kitchen aid used heavy duty springs system to control dishwasher door range motion and loved it.

    No much to say about the cook top. It works very well

    I bought this cooktop to replace a 4 burner. The middle burner works great for larger pots with room for large cookware on the other burners.

    I am extremely unhappy with this gas stove. To begin with, just after installation the middle burner never worked properly, it would always emit flames which would emit some sound. It has gotten worse over last few months. The rest of the burners have become very slow. I had very high hopes on this stove but would NOT RECOMMEND this at all. Pure waste of money !!!

    This cooktop came with a defective middle burner. It’s been three months of taking off from work for 8 different appointments and they still have not corrected the problem. I wasted my money on the Geek Squad plan. Worst joke EVER!!

    We got this cooktop so we could switch to a built-in cooktop/oven. It is really nice. The only thing I would like better is to have a little lighter grates. The heavy ones are always a challenge to clean underneath, but most that we looked at were similar. The controls work great so far.

    The burners are great. I got the 30” because of my counter space. It is tight on the burners when using multiple pans at once. I shift them around to accommodate. It was a toss up to get the 36”. But over all, works great, love the look, heats fast.

    Being that my other appliances were Kitchenaid, I opted for this cooktop. Overall I’m satisfied with it. The center burner is huge and much appreciated for boiling water. My only gripe is that the knobs are a bit wobbly, and the lettering is hard to read.

    Love the look and ease of installation. Bit frustrated that burners don’t heat evenly (e.g. more flames on one side versus other). Hoping it is a matter of “burn in” and will rectify.

    Replaced a 4 burner with large burners in the back. The knobs are moved farther toward front of counter which increases cook space. Same dimensions feel larger. Center burner does what it says, fast boil and very low simmer. Brushed finish is a little hard to clean, but resists fingerprints. We like!
