  1. lukie

The two salesmen (Mike and Amir) we had when we purchased our Kitchen Aid refrigerator at the Fredericksburg, VA were very knowledgeable and professional.

  2. Chip

Purchased the fridge from Best Buy on black Friday and the service was good. We bought for our new house and liked the quality. Can’t wait until our house is done to get it installed.

  3. Aggie

Refrigerator door doesn’t open wide enough to get the bins out to clean them. You have to push on the door while you pull the drawer out.

  4. Debb

    Exactly what we wanted…its beautiful!!
    Exactly what we wanted…its beautiful!!

  5. dstp

Ice make works great, good storage, does not show finger prints

  6. Harry

Open box item so far so good nothing wrong except a little dent love it

  7. Waterskier

The snack drawer broke within a year of ownership. Attempts to find replacement parts online were difficult even with the exact model number.

The ice holder is poorly insulated and often the ice near the door melts and refreezes into one large block marketing it difficult to dispense through the door.

All in all this unit met our needs and the filtered water seems to taste better than tap water.

  8. Buyer333

This is, by far, the worst refrigerator purchase I have ever made. I am on my second unit; both have a had defects with the ice and/or water dispenser. I am awaiting my second replacement refrigerator. Quality is nonexistent. The lips to the drawers do not line up, so they pull or misleading when you attempt to open them. The edges are sharp and scratch or cut your fingers. Overspray from foam insulation is coming out around the edges, I expected better from the KitchenAid and Whirlpool names. I will not purchase another.

  9. Jkeller

Looks great so far! Just got delivered. Great service in the store and during delivery.

  10. KitchenAidFridge

A beautiful refrigerator after waiting 6 months for delivery. A few things I love; the ice maker, how much the crisper makes vegetables and fruit crisp and last for a long time. But with the shelf made only for bottles/wine I feel like I’ve lost some space.

  11. Renee

The fridge is working out well. The one thing I don’t like about the fridge is that the water nozzle doesn’t spin around for dispensing water in larger containers so it’s not able to accomadate some of our water bottles. Also the measured fill option isn’t as easy to use as my previous Whirlpool fridge. The shape of the ice is different which is nice, it’s shaped like a pyramid with a rounded top. Ice maker in the door makes for extra space for food on the top shelf which is nice.

  12. Kitchenaid

Ergonomic beautiful design, very functional and quite. A bit overpriced but overall we’re happy to have this model. Freezer very usable unlike previous model. The drawer design could have been designed better, for the price of the fridge I would think this could have been improved by having a smoother track sliders. Instead the design is poor and drawers are clunky. Over all good fridge

I have only had this product for a week but so far I love it. The lighting inside is beautiful. I also really like the shape of the ice. Great purchase.

  14. NoMoreKitchenaide

Our refrigerator is just any four years old and already need to replace it. The LED lights on the main side started blinking. I replaced the top LED unit and it did not solve the problem. I had an appliance repair company out and noticed the refrigerator side was sweating a lot. That has been long on for a couple of years and we have to wipe down the inside one a week. Turns out the insulation between the freezer and main side has broken down and the excess moisture has dripping into the left side LED fixture and is shorten it out. I was also advised that they have seen the bottom freezer hinge twist and cuts the wiring that goes to the ice maker and control panel and that cannot be repaired and requires a whole new door. What a piece of junk! Save yourself a lot of misery and choose a different brand.

  15. 1234

This Frdge is awesome and the Best buy team was great with this install and with the delivery and took care not to damage the newly installed kitchen counters

  16. Sharon

I like the refrigerator, however, the refrigerator door does not align to the freezer door. During installation I was told it was a defect. I am waiting for a replacement, hoping the door aligns

  17. Georgetta

Takes forever to make ice and doesn’t make much as the container is small

  18. MaryB

I paid you the full amount for the fridge and as of yet no fridge, why are you holding my money until you get it for me.

  19. DaDuck

This was a replacement for a very similar unit that we had for about 8 years. Good basic fridge but the freezer is too narrow. Need to add a soda shelf on the fridge door.

  20. PushPull

The interior back panel bulges out too much and prevents the middle crisper drawer side rails from locking in place. This makes the middle drawer stick out and not close all the way. Even the installers could not figure out how to attach the side rails without forcefully pushing them against the back panel and bending it against the evaporator coils that’s behind it. They said it was a defect and recommended to replace the fridge with another one, which will not be ready until March 2023. Not to mention, the drawers only open half way so you will need to reach for items in the back.

The glass shelves have fixed placement and are not adjustable to accommodate taller items. The shelves also do not have raised lips around the edges. So if a spill occurs, nothing will stop the liquid from dripping down the sides. Interior space is pretty small too.

The best part of this fridge is probably the water dispenser because it measures the amount of water coming out. However, the light barely shines on the water dispensing side compared to the ice dispensing side. Ice bucket capacity is really small too.

I miss my old Jenn Air SxS fridge. This is disappointing for a Kitchenaid appliance.

  21. StevenC

The refrigerator design is great except for the glass shelving units which don’t line up properly with the sides of the fridge.

  22. Robertrewards

Very happy with my choice. Little extras = big difference

  23. Jeepster

Replaced our 15 year old Kitchen Aid refrigerator (looked and worked like new by the way) with a new Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Interesting how small changes over 15 years make a big difference. We love this refrigerator!

  24. GeorgeS

Working fine so far. Great ice maker and water dispenser.

  25. Steph

Replaced the old unit that died after 11 years. So far so good.

  26. LorenS

Not so good. The Refrigerator was damaged and rejected. It appears as if it was dropped.
We received an text message stating the delivery would be here about 7AM and they arrived about 9AM.

  27. KathleenF

Handsome design, excellent lighting. I considered french door frig, but dont want to bend down & dig for frozen foods. Also, don’t like ice scoop. No one washes hands before using scoop. Yuk!

  28. MeGee

This is the perfect refrigerator for our needs. It fit our needs and is working very well. My wife and I love it. It makes plenty of ice.

  29. JeffSliker

All my appliances I purchased were Kitchen Aid, the biggest mistake I made was buying a side by side that said Kitchen Aid. Since day 1 the doors never lined up even, always had problems keeping the refrigerator cold and the freezer freezing to where it makes ice. It has been the biggest looser refrigerator that I have ever owned. I paid 2600.00 for it, the warranty company kept coming out and adjusting the doors that never adjusted even and never took care of the problem. The warranty workers told us that Kitchen Aid knew they had a problem and they did nothing about it. Note to anyone thinking about buying a Kitchen Aid Side by Side, do not buy it, it is a complete waste of hard earned money. So now we have a 3 year old refrigerator that does not cool and the freezer does not freeze enough ice for $2800.00. Now we need a new refrigerator, and we should not need one, this problem should of been taken care of under warranty!! No customer should go through with what we have went through, all our other Kitchen Aid products are working wonderful. They should of fixed this problem instead of doing nothing, and that is what they did, NOTHING!!!

  30. LauraE

I am really enjoying this new refrigerator! It is so much better to have the door open and be able to “see” all the food.

  31. Kristie

One month after ordee Kitchen Aid fridge. Not here yet

  32. TammyL

We purchased this refrigerator in 2016. I love the look of it. The look of the handles is what sold me. In 2020, the door broke. It is not made to hold very much weight. We purchased the warranty, but that was not covered. We can pay about $1500 for a new door and not put anything in it or get a new fridge. It is rigged right now. My mom has a KitchenAid fridge that is from the late 90″s, it is great. There is a piece of metal on the top of hers to reinforce the hinge, mine had a piece of plastic that cracked and then completely came off. There are only 3 people in our home and we are not rough on appliances. Tonight, there is water under it. Looks like it may have a leak. KitchenAid was no help and didn’t stand behind their product. I am very sad that we already need to replace this. We also have the dishwasher that matches. The spring that makes the door open without banging down, broke. Just a heads up that these upscale appliances might not be as nice as you are lead to believe.

  33. MarciaW

I waited 4 months for the refrigerator! Back panel has at least 1″ opening (looks like it was kicked) and is missing a screw. 10″ scratched in the side and doors closed are uneven (impossible to adjust). BB offered to replace refrigerator in December (another 3 moths)!!! or $40 off!!!

  34. KatieB

Do not buy this. We have fixed the freezer door wiring at the bottom 5 times in less than 2.5 years. It is a poor concept design. The compressor is now out and the freezer door wiring is broken… again. We paid $3,402 with delivery. We were sold on it being “top of the line” before getting into built ins. Pacific Sales won’t do anything nor Kitchenaid. SHAME on you Pacific Sales and Kitchenaid!!!

  35. LucyG

Had same one for 15 years. Needed to replace it because of surging. Bought same one.
Not happy about 45 days for delivery

  36. DavidM

Sales representative was very attentive to our needs and made the purchase very easy. The delivery company and delivery working were wonderful and very careful moving the appliances into the house, even removing a door to make sure they had plenty of room. Great guys. Great experience all the way around.
