    Refrigerator was not delivered as scheduled. We had to reschedule for a week later. It arrived with two small dents on the inside of the doors where the doors meet. Also there was glue on the side which may be insulation coming through a seam. The refrigerator was supposedly special order so that may explain the delivery issues. Although the other 4 pieces we purchased had the same problem. I expected more from one of the more expensive refrigerators they sell. They are supposed to replace the unit. We’ll see.

    Also purchase date they’re listing is incorrect. We our used it on 1/21.

    We needed a refrigerator that was counter-depth and no wider than 35 1/2″. this one fit. Still getting used to this unit but so far it performs well

    I purchased this refrigerator to replace a Samsung french door. First off, there are not enough shelves. Had to order three–one for fridge, freezer and door. Additional expense not expected. Going from a bottom freezer I thought would be better–not losing stuff. That is true, but I don’t have as much space on either size. If I’d gone from another side-by-side, I would probably like it a lot more. Love the counter depth.

    Bought this to match existing appliances. Love the cabinet depth. The deducted star is due to misleading info from KitchenAid. BB and KA website both show the water dispenser has saved favorite settings that can memorized. This is absolutely false.

    I am writing this because this is going on the third time for service on this piece of crap kitchenaid refrig, I have been waiting on them to show up which is fields appliances out of Orlando for week, I call for service to KA to come out on 12-21-20 KA said they can”t have my refrig look at until 1-4-21 ,when I ask if there was any one else they can call and they said no, And for me to call fields to get on the cancellations list which I call then and email them to let them know I had a lot of family coming over and my refrig is warm they did not even acknowledge my problem I even offer to paid for service call [which I am not responsible for] they are the only ones they use , Now if Fields would of fix the problem the first time or even the second time I wouldn’t be writing this. And now not only is the refrigerator not cooling the water and ice have stopped working. I’ve had to throw away so much food and afraid to put anything in there. There was delay in getting the refrigerator from the get go and I’m thoroughly frustrated. Paid 2900.00 or more for this and it does not work.

    After a terrible Samsung fridge, this one is a breath of fresh air. The counter depth is perfect, the doors kind of fold in on themselves so they don’t bump the counter or wall when open. The doors seal like a vault when you close them. The ice maker works like a champ! The black stainless finish is truly fingerprint free! We even tried to leave prints and couldn’t! The interior lighting is really cool! We had to adjust the doors to get the handles level, drawers could be higher quality and their was a delivery issue, but those are minor compared to all the great things!

    Already had a repair person out once, they are coming again this week. Has been excessively loud from day one, does not hold temperature. Set at 32, operates in the 40’s most of the time. Food is not as cold as it should be. Seems like a toy, made cheap, not worth $3,500. Huge mistske puchasing this crap
