    I will start with I did alot of online shopping and comparing, between Loews can and best buy I found lower prices on the same goods that were at “appliance stores” the Salesman was EXTREMELY helpful and courteous couldn’t ask for more. Unfortunately, the refrigerator came damaged on delivery, as of this time we are awaiting replacement. The one delivered runs and was left with us until the new one comes, that was a great convenience, not always given. The delivery team, too, were extremely helpful and with the damaged model we were given three choices, full replacement, discount, or a notation of it’s condition in case it broke within a certain time. We opted for the replacement. As for the product, one serious peev turns out to be the large vegetable drawer, it’s way cheap seeming and I am concerned as to how long it will hold up. Also, the sides are NOT the same material/texture as the front, something I was unable to see in the store due to how the display was set up. I think quality is seemingly ok, made like all the others I looked at, but with a made (assembled?) in the USA tag. I do, however, appreciate the counter depth, not cavernous and easy to navigate. What I don’t like, is I could not get a model without the ice maker in the door, yet still get that 4th “middle exterior drawer” as such, I had to give up the drawer, as I did not want to loose frige space to the icemaker. Basically, this was a “settle” for purchase to have a plain door.
    Nothing exciting, but it is doing its job.

    I like this model but the freezer is kind of hard to open, the outside always looks beautiful and the veggies are great from the crisper drawer.

    I love my new Kitchenaid refrigerator! It’s sleek and stylish. The black stainless steel goes with my other appliances. This fridge is pretty quiet, too, as the kitchen opens into the living/family room. I’m very happy with my purchase!!

    User friendly! I love the H2o disperser. I found it easy to move because of the rollers and ease of lifting the feet uto access the rollers.

    I love how the Blk stainless doesn’t show dirt and prints.Love the look, especially the handles.I gave it a 4 because the water button is inconvenient-requires 2 hands-if button was below spigot would be more effective

    Tried to install this unit but there was no leveling system for the back rollers. I called KitchenAid and they said they didn’t have a Tech Support staff. I had to send the unit back with the delivery truck after waiting a month for this refrigerator. Little to NO Support at KitchenAid I am very disappointed in them!

    like the black stainless steel look, just wish it were on the sides as well. a bit noisy when the ice maker fills with water and when it dumps ice into the tray. Otherwise a beautiful machine with ample glass shelves.

    As long as you don’t overload it and rotate items frequently it is great. Not alot of room for leftovers in bowls or plates. And freezer is sufficient for the needs of a smaller size family.

    We enjoy it it will seem small unless you know how to utilize its space correctly. Veggie crisper really works well. My veggies have tripled their life span. I like the door alarm too if my kids don’t shut it completely. I feel that the freezer is super small. I’m glad I have a standalone freezer. You cant fit more than some meat and a small container or ice scream in it. Ice maker in freezer is nice but takes up a lot of space. Freezer Door is ‘clunky’ when you shut it. Water feature on inside of door is nice too and high enough up that kids cant get it.

    This refrigerator keeps things very cold and is very quiet. The adjustable shelves and drawers provide the set up that you desire.

    I have always loved the look of Kitchen Aid appliances, and this fridge is no different. The interior design is also no nonsense, and the internal water spicket is clutch…especially with a 2 year old.

    I had a magnet timer on my fridge and just from winding it up it left sone scratches on my fridge that can’t be removed. That sid, i love my fridge and hiw it doesn’t have a water disownser on the front. Would be nice if deep storage trYs were big enough to fit a pizza.

    We have had this about 5 years now. At 3 years it stopped producing ice and started builing up ice in the back of freezer. 2 different repair companies have came out 4 times trying to fix it. Several warranty parts replaced and Over $1000 out of pocket later and it still does the same thing. Their only suggestion at this point is to buy a new one.

    When we needed to urgently replace our fridge, it had to be with a KitchenAid so that the black stainless steel finish would match the remaining appliances. (Black SS doesn’t readily match across brands.) We bought this model sight unseen bc it met most of our other requirements: 36” counter-depth, bottom freezer, no ice in door, price point. Pros: given its relatively small volume, with clever tetris’ing, it holds enough for our family of 3; keeps temperature efficiently; ice refills quickly; no weird water taste; looks good. Cons: flimsy’ish construction not what you expect from KitchenAid or from paying a premium for this brand name; doors and handles feel lightweight; gaskets need to be wiped often to prevent mold; fruit/veggie/deli bins not very deep bc they have to accommodate plumbing that should have been built into the fridge wall; lidded door bin doesn’t fit at highest rung or you can’t open lid; door bins aren’t long enough to hold standard egg carton; only 1 year warranty. We’ve owned other counter-depth fridges that had better space management inside (Amana, Frigidaire). Overall: ok product; we hope it’ll last 5-7 years. I’d recommend it with the caveat that you get what you pay for.
