    Using this grill to protect my Kicker 12 inch sub in my trunk from occasional bags, boxes, packages from damage. Does the job. Fits perfectly. it’s plastic, but sturdy. No problem installing it on Kicker speaker w/ Kicker enclosure – used existing screws. Some people said they cracked the grill tightening screws – I didn’t have that problem.

    When you purchase a bass box kicker alpine kenwood box you must have a grill protector from damage in the trunk in my case I got one then a second not one but 2 grills to protect kicker speakers thanks best-buy

    The Kicker covers were a bit pricey, $24.99 each but look soooo good. When I went to pay for sub, amp kit, speaker covers and labor, Best Buy rang up a package discount on everything! Saved $90 off regular total! Yes

    I bought this to protect my sub in the trunk. I have stuff in there that would roll around and hit it. This stops it from hitting the speaker directly. does the job well.

    These are for your Kicker CompR 12” speakers.
    Look cool and offer some protection if you’re rolling around with ‘other’ things in your trunk.
    Would obviously offer more protection if it was a true speaker grille design, but hey…would they look as good?! …The answer is No! LOL

    They Work for all the other subwoofers except the Q series 12 inch woofer they fit over but it would restrict Subwoofers motion so I took it back

    Last speaker guards i bought were solid metal so i was suprised that these were made out of very thin bendy plastic. They will still serve their intended purpose.
