This is my first Keurig and my first coffee maker. I absolutely love it. I am not an avid coffee drinker, but I enjoy it from time to time. So why did I spend over $200 for a coffee maker if I don’t drink that much coffee? Because it makes more than just coffee! I ENJOY brewing single servings of Lipton iced tea. Sweet tea is my beverage of choice and single servings help me to not overindulge. Tea is bad for teeth stains. I have tried hot cocoa but did not enjoy it. It really tastes best when made with milk, which you cannot do with this machine. The coffee that I have made I have loved. Instead of throwing out the cocoa pods, I brew the coffee but add in a pod of hot chocolate and you have a decadent beverage. I love the smart features. It knows exactly what settings to use for Keurig branded pods, and will let you manually brew the pods that are not.

If you find yourself compelled to buy a Keurig, DO NOT buy this one. You are forced to connect it to wifi, and it scans every coffee pod you put in the machine automatically. There is no way to turn it off. The second your machine scans a pod that is not an official Keurig pod, your warranty goes out the window. I bought this machine in mid-October 2022 and it is officially dead at the end of March 2023 via Error Code 8. This is my third Keurig machine in as many years. This consumer is officially done with Keurig.

I love this thing, it makes great coffee and has a ton of different features that allows me to change size,temp, and how strong i want my coffee. It also hooks up to the wifi via the app and it was really easy and can identify what coffee pods i put in.

I purchased this Keurig to replace a Keurig 2.0, the 2.0 on highest heat setting, I had to microwave the coffee to heat it. I have had a number of their machines and never had that issue before, not even with the original basic Keurig I purchased around 2006.
This machine is a huge improvement, 5 streams instead of 1, multiple memory settings, recognizes the pod. And take less time to warm up.

Amazing product, the removable container for the water makes it easy to refill. I can make hot water in seconds for teas or noodles. It makes having hot beverages or water in an instant a lot easier.

I loved this machine when I first bought it. It’s beautiful, and the Wifi capability is an awesome feature because I can brew my coffee before I even get out of bed. …But 6 months later, the problems started. I was doing a routine descaling, as the Keurig instructs, and it suddenly stopped responding entirely. From online troubleshooting, it sounds like there’s some kind of heat trigger/fail-safe in the machine that makes it shut down entirely, and there’s no way to fix it unless you break into the machine. The problem with that is it voids your warranty, and you have to be relatively handy, I guess. I called Keurig and because my machine was still under warranty, they sent a free replacement. I didn’t even get to the 6-month descale on this one before it stop working for a similar overheating issue. I called Keurig again and got a THIRD replacement because it is STILL under warranty. This one won’t connect to the Wifi despite all my attempts, but I was just grateful it still made coffee at all. That was, until it started pouring weird and causing the Keurig pods to burst during brewing and fill my coffee cup full of grounds. I think I’ve finally gotten it to stop, but I’ve never had this many issues with any other Keurig I have owned, and I’ve had them since they came on the market. I would recommend getting another model until they fix the evident design flaws in this one. It isn’t worth it.

About to return my second one of these. Absolutely awful… would not turn on after three weeks(-#1). Replaced it, now this one will not connect to WiFi…. 1.5 hrs with help desk.. I’m done

I bought this as a replacement for an older Keurig machine that just quit, so far I like it but the SMART aspect of this is not very intuitive. maybe I just need to use it more to get used to the interface, I have figured out how to set a favorite in the brew settings, now I just need to remember how I did it for the other flavor coffee I use

Not certain this technology in the new brewer is ready for Prime Time just yet. Ive dealt with multiple Error code 2, which is not getting water from resovoir. Went through all the normal checks. Not using internal water filter as i use filtered water. I was thinking the 5 needles would be better, but now Im not certain and Ive been a Keurig owner since the beginning.

This keurig makes ok coffee. It does not work with Alexa. Keurig tech support is totally useless. They can’t get this brewer to work with Alexa either.
I would recommend this brewer for making coffee only, not for what they say it’s supposed to do.

The best Keurig you can get. You pay for what you get so if you can afford this top of the line machine you won’t be disappointed. I like smart devices because of software updates and even this keurig is getting them. It’s fun to customize your coffee and compare to the brand’s QR pod code that tells the Keurig how to brew it.

I did have problems connecting it to a Velop Mesh Wifi. The iPhone had to be on the 2.4 band. Unlike some devices that are 2.4 only, the setup software doesn’t hunt for the 2.4 band if you are on the 5 band. In the end, I had to turn off the 5 band on my router, connect, and turn the 5 band back on. It took roughly three hours to figure out and complete.

I love keurig but this one is a bit different. The lid is a bit tough to close due to the 4 prongs piercing the kcup. Otherwise it’s a great coffeemaker!

I have owned Keurig coffee makers for over 15 years I purchased this item and the first one would not connect to WIFI second one connected the first time since it reads the pod you put in and automatically selects the correct brew setting you get a great cup of coffee every time well worth the hassle of returning the first one buy this one for the best cup of coffee ever

Bought this a day before Christmas for my wife and it hasn’t even been 30 days and the machine already went out did some research a lot of people have had issues with this model already even older models I’m hearing people replaced this 3 times already thank god it’s under warranty but for $289 I expect longer usage so I’m preparing to replace it again in the next month or so please get it together keurig.

The features don’t match the performance. 2 failed units within 60 days. Won’t recognize pods, insert a new pod it won’t brew telling you the pod is used. Using the app, it over dispenses the amount of water requested. Over engineered and under performer. Not worth the $$$
