The color is dull for red. The well is difficult to fill and doesn’t hold much. It requires replacement filters. There are more efficient coffee makers available.

This shade of red is very nice and the machine operates very quickly and quietly. Nice if you want to make a coffee without someone being awakened by what sounds like white water rafting in your kitchen. The machine does feel a little light but it seems to work really well.

I had a red keurig (4 yrs old) that died in a power surge. I thought I was replacing with same model, however, when it arrived, it was VERY different from the old one. This one is very lightweight…mostly plastic and the water reservoir does not hold nearly the same volume of water. So far, it brews as expected, but constantly refilling reservoir. I guess if I’d never owned one of the older models, I’d give this one 5 stars. Sign of the times…high price/less product.

Why did I get this? My first Keurig still works great with only two cup sizes, and well over 12 years old, It will find a new home at the upcoming garage sale. I wanted to upgrade and I did lots of looking at the different models, and settled on this one. Not fancy like some, but does the same thing without whistles and bells which I don’t need, and also in red to complement my kitchen. Has a strong setting which causes the water to go through more slowly, and as for temperature it is hot enough, unless you are the person who likes it HOT but waits for coffee to cool down for drinking. If you try to gulp the temp in this one your mouth will not be happy! I am happy I got this to upgrade my tired and true first maker. Hope this helps you.

My wife and I bought this Keurig to replace an older one. It works great and makes awesome coffee. I like the color, and I like the fact that you can choose between 6 oz, 8 oz, 12 oz, and travel mug options for coffee making. It is very easy to operate: you fill with water, insert your K-cup, choose the size of your cup, and then let the machine do its job. Mine works perfectly. Highly recommend!

Nice machine, but wait for a sale – not metallic finish like in the pictures its slightly darker and matte finish – so check out other users pictures if that’s super important for you. Took a whopping 12 days to arrive via shipping – so not impressed with that. Also despite being a total tech member this item still came up with a paid shipping option. Not going to waste my time haggling online – but to get it shipped at the same time with my other items would have been $37.00 I just selected a day later and was free – but still took a whole ‘nother week to show up

So convenient. Sizzling hot coffee in less than a minute. Quickly reboils so you can keep the coffee coming for at least 4 before adding more water. Removable reservoir is easy to clean and refill. Love the setting for “strong” coffee.
