You won’t go wrong with this as long as you aren’t looking to play DVD or CD’s. Love the navigation; it’s more accurate than Google Maps. Now my 2003 Dually is up to date with the backup camera and I’m also installing a front camera next week.

We purchased a different unit,. did not work well, or easy. replaced it with Kenwood,. A great product. clear picture, easy use.

Very impressed with the quality of the receiver. The built in navigation is great for using on long trips. The ability to change the look of the screen is an added bonus.

I bought it so I could go hands free with my phone. Unfortunately, it takes too long to connect to my phone that I can make it to my job before it connects to my phone thru bluetooth. If I physically connect through the USB, I still have issues with it playing the music I am trying to play – I will see it playing on my phone through the Android auto app but I will not hear it playing through the dash receiver/stereo. Thinking about returning it for a more user friendly device.

This receiver is very user friendly, I would definitely recommend this receiver to anyone who asks!!!

While there are some niove features of the unit, it never connects automatically to my phone to update weather etc… Verbal commands always fail with an error message and the maps that came with the unit appear to already be a year or more out of date, as we have run into numerous situations where the highway has “changed” and the maps have not. In some cases, it is obvious that the road changes occured months or years ago. On the Garmin web site there are no options to update the maps for this unit (even if you want to pay) – though there are for some of the other Kenwood units. I would have thought that map updates would be available on a regular basis like they are for dedicated Garmin units. Its a real negative for us, as the built in Garmin was one of the main selling points for buying this unit. I can update my $90 Garmin unit multiple times a year with the latest maps but am stuck with maps that were already date on the Kenwood at the time of purchase.

This unit replaced the stock F150 4.3”. For the money, this GPS head unit is awesome! Apple/Android Play, great reception, retains all Ford functionality at a fraction of cost. Best Buy install was perfect and right on time. Can’t say enough good things

The installers at BestBuy in Winter Garden (Prem especially) has done an amazing job with installations. I have had several items installed and they have been great at making suggestions, doing a very professional job of installing and delivering great service. They are very knowledgeable and professional!

I just had the item installed and I am still exploring all its features. So far I am very happy with what I have seen. Very easy to navigate between programs.
