    I love the new stereo. I can now get the higher Sirius channels. Back up camera view is great. The only things I dont like is when it first turns on automatically pulls up Spotify which I dont use and if I have the Sirius app open on my phone it automatically goes to that instead of previous channels I was listening to priorto turning off. There may be a way to change those settings but I cant figure it out.

    Great sound and I would give it 4 stars but the Google Maps and Waze go crazy on me 30% of the time. Not sure if it’s an android auto play or Kenwood issue but it does cause problems for me at work.

    I like the knob less design but of course that means you’ll be getting the screen dirty every time you use it. All features work flawlessly. Install was easy.

    Very pleased with the radio as well as the explanation I was given on the ins-and-outs of it’s compatibility in my car specifically. Only a 4-star review because I wish best buy would have listed the additional part I needed in order for the buttons on my steering wheel to connect to my radio. Overall good experience and mechanic explains everything very well!

    Great radio with great feature! I got the pioneer at first but I am glad I switched to this Kenwood. The response time is perfect with steering wheel. Has a further range for bluetooth. Wifi Carplay works great!!

    Bought this unit to put into my SUV. Had it installed by geek squad at UTC in Sarasota. As soon as I drove home unit failed to turn on. Could not reach anyone at the store. Had to call manufacturer to do a hard reset. Powered up again after hard reset but has subsequently not turned on again two more times after hard reset. Impossible to reach anybody.Left message for geek squad to call me back last Wednesday. Have not receved a call back aftet a week Best Buy makes it impossible for you to reach anybody at the store. It is a 60 mile drive for me. Do not waste your money with Best Buy. Customer service is impossible. Find a real reputable place to do your car radio purchase and install. Someone that actually cares about their customers.

    Simple to use and set up. Shouldnt have to worry about paying to updates maps because the maps come from my android phone. Has several preset equalizer settings to chose from or you can create your own. After market radios you get what you pay for, after two months no complaints.

    Returned the Sony head unit in exchange for this and couldn’t be more satisfied. The “capacitive touch” screen is just as responsive as my phone’s, the screen gets bright enough to be useful in direct sunlight, and the wireless Apple CarPlay makes a huge difference over having to plug in. This is a great head unit!

    Had the headunit installed professionally and had it had a very audible hissing sound when using car play. Took it back and had them re-do it and it remained. If you listen to your music quietly you will hear it

    Works pretty great, enough adjustability for audio settings, pretty responsive, gets bright enough during the day, and dim enough when driving at night. Would rate this a 4.5 as it does take a while for Android auto to connect.

    The sound is great and you can customize home screen. Draw back you get to use WIFI OR HDMI not both at the same time.

    I personally have had issues. I don’t like not have a volume knob. But to.make it worse the put the A.I. Mic (siri/ok google/ bixiby). Right above the volume button so if you hit it alot and there is no way to disable it on the HU.
    Also I have an extremely bad grounding issue that I’ve tried every single way to,get rid of it besides accepting the fact that it’s a. Defective HU

    Overall, I really dislike any aftermarket “radios,” but this unit is just so user friendly and convenient. I had to move on from my factory radio in a 97 chevy and the factory look of the OE radio to use this thing but its definitely worth the convenience.

    Navigation is easy and intuitive. Screen is not FHD so pixelation is noticable and screen glares a lot. Really hard to see anything
