    Not too happy about the lack of features on this system. It was recommended to me by a Best Buy employee but I’m not sure it is the right choice for me.

    Really liking my Kenwood DVD touchscreen receiver. Preset with Android-Auto, Apple CarPlay, and Sirius XM, the JVCKenwood ROCKS! Geek Squad installed along with a world class Backup Camera, my 11 y/o ride feels and works like a new 2024 auto. TYVM, Best Buy!

    Good item, just wish it could mirror the IPhone. This unit only mirrors android; wish someone could tell/ show me how to mirror with my iPhone.

    I love the look of the Receiver in my truck. The kit makes it look almost factory installed. I am a little disappointed that Android Auto can only be achieved by USB, but I am getting used to it.

    I actually purchased a stereo system weeks ago for my corvette but have not gotten a opportunity to get it installed bc of my busy work schedule but the Salesman ordered my equipment and it was there just a few days afterwards and he was very helpful.

    Worked well enough. Ended up returning it because it doesn’t come with CarPlay (but that was my fault for getting this and the model that does confused and buying the wrong one). Hard to justify getting an interface that doesn’t come with Android Auto and/or CarPlay…but if you don’t care about that it works perfectly fine.

    This Kenwood screen does the job! The sound quality is good, Apple CarPlay functions and features work as expected and the back-up camera picture comes in clear! However, Kenwood settings and controls are a bit difficult to navigate.

    I replaced the media unit in my 2018 RAV 4 and am very happy with this purchase. Having Car Play has made it so much easier to be hands free while driving. I purchased an open box unit and saved so much and installation was included in the purchase!

    Average power and clarity. I wasn’t in awe as I have been with most Kenwood receivers.
    The warning that pops up when powered on is quite annoying. Equalizer doesn’t seem very responsive. Takes a few to power up and deliver function. Overall, I’m underwhelmed.
    It’s OK, but not exceptional. I noticed the box says jvckenwood. I’m guessing that JVC bought Kenwood. Had I known that I would probably have purchased a Pioneer. This particular model was not display at the store, so it was purchased sight unseen based on reviews. CarPlay functionality is acceptable. Bluetooth works as expected..

    The radio works really well and brings out the best in my cars speakers. All features work as intended, the only reason I’m giving this product 4 stars is because sometimes when we hook an apple phone up to it Apple Play stops working until we replug it in.

    I researched for a radio and picked this one, drove over an hour to buy it due to it the last one they had, set up the appointment to have it installed and the audio person said it wouldn’t work in my vehicle, so of course they tried to upsell me, I will not deal with BestBuy any longer!!!

    I still haven’t been able to listen to it. It was bought for my birthday 11/23/2023. Best Buy in Tallahassee, Florida had no one employed to do as advertised free installation and i was told no one would available to install until February 2024. Will I buy anything else from Best Buy. No.

    Love my new stereo! Cannot believe how much better the sound is by just changing out the stereo. Have to thank Store Manager Mike Z for all his help picking it out and seeing up the install. Jason and Eric in install are the best at what they do. Cannot thank you all enough!

    I need a new radio and wanted upgrades with my purchase. I under the impression the steering wheel would work as well. Didn’t realize that would be another purchase, which I haven’t done yet. It’s hard to find someone who can give the proper information what to buy that will work in my car.

    have in my 240sx , I love it no issues or complaints only heads up is car play only works when phone is plugged in, I don’t mind but I recently upgraded my iPhone and now I need a type c to usb cable. Besides that hands down 10/10 would get again

    I am a bit old school and wish that there was a navigation program built in. however, using android auto and my phone resolved any concern and there are new conveniences to using this. The system sound great and the radio just takes a bit of time to figure out where all the settings and controls are located. Love the receiver!

    Just had the unit installed this morning along with four new Kicker speakers! I really wanted to keep my CD player . My car is 05 so no navigation and I have IPhone 14 so Apple Car play is a must ! This unit fits perfectly in dash! Very Satisfied

    This is a great sound system. It’s installed in a 2009 Smart Car and sounds better that the brand new radio in our 2023 Kia Soul. Definitely one you gotta think about when you are buying a new radio for your car.

    Display is kind of dark specially when connected to the rearview camera.
    Volume control arrows are two small.
    Other than that, it’s an ok DM.
