    Was not happy with the installation. I think the radio was fine but the installer didn’t do something correct so it had to be replaced.

    i needed a new radio for my car and this was a pretty good option. only downside is that sunlight glares off the screen and makes it hard to view the screen. other than that the radio is pretty good.

    Its perfect for my daughters car! Matt at Danbury Best Buy knew exactly the stero that would work and ordered everything needed for the job and also made the appointment for installation. The items came by fedex and were earlier than exoected. I was able to wrap the gifts for my daughters birthday. Then 3 days later we went for installation. Matt had it done in 40 minutes! It was si easy and Matt was awesome!

    Sound amazing would recommend upgrading speakers if u still have factory ones would sound much better … overall Kenwood makes nice stereos good quality sound like always … got this on sale very happy

    Excellent deck. Works great. Was a little disappointed when it arrived as I bought open box excellent but was loose in a plain box with no paperwork or anything else. Just the deck. But i have the same one in another car and love it.

    Garbage product .. freeze every day.. need to reset. The screen turns green with no display very often the resets on its own . I truly regret this purchase

    I did a online order for thos deck while speaking with a online rep. the rep insured me that i could pick up & have stereo installed same day. The online rep put in the order, said i could pick up in a hour & have installed same day. went to go pick up part an they refused to install. Even tho i was told it would be. They wouldnt exchange the same day, they wanted me to wait to return. I had to drive a hour out my way to go to another bestbuy just to it returned. the manager at the concord store told me it was a 8 month wait to get installed.
