    I purchased this mount for our living room. I am not a carpenter but do posses some mechanical skills. The instructions were very good ( once I figured out all I needed to do was follow the numbers). It took a couple of hours to install, but I took my time and “measured twice cut once”. The supplied templet was exact and easy to use. I did not use the supplied wrenches but used my own sockets and screwdrivers.
    There were two small hiccups. 1. the screws that you have to remove for the center bracket behind the tv are very small and could be lost. 2. On one of the cable guides on the wall mount I was unable to loosen the screw (it was way way too tight.
    We are very pleased with the product overall.

    These tv brackets always make me nervous. I’ve purchased many. This bracket does the job. Holds up my 50″ tv and it is sturdy. Full motion, materials are good quality. I’m going to purchase another.

    I just bought another monitor for my office And I was looking at another bracket to hang it on. I looked at the specs of this one and figured I’d give it a try. The next day UPS dropped it off and when I went to pick it up I thought that they shipped me a steel mill. Its heavy. Any way I installed it which took all of 10 minutes, well it’s ROCK SOLID. The extension, tilt are very smooth and very well made. . One hour later I ordered 2 more, I was that impressed. If I could I’d give it 6 stars.

    Up graded TVs in our camper, which meant we had to upgrade the mount. The mounting bracket worked as plan, the tv moves up and down and all around. It also doesn’t stick out too far either.

    We have had it installed by Best Buy Geek Squad. They were great with efficiency, quick install, clean up on floor and tv screen and trash boxes Etc. This arm works perfectly for the 55″ we put on the wall. It swings out pretty far for side of room viewing as well as collapses back pretty flat against the wall for straight on viewing. No noise for mech movement but we just had it installed a couple of days ago.

    when we saw the instructions it was like – “why didn’t i pay to have the TV professionally mounted” but as we slowly went through them it wasn’t that hard. Its a great mount with a lot of flexibility on where you can move it and we love it. We got two of them.

    Put this up in my room, the samsung tv I got was one of the more better and heavier ones. So I was looking for something that could not only hold the tv but the jbl sound bar brackets and mounts under it. If your thinking about getting a tv thats on the little heavy side and want to hang a sound bar with it I recommend it. It was worth the money. Comes with a templet to help line the mounting bracket so you don’t have to hold the piece up while marking the holds to drill
