    The mount is great for the price, the template to drill holes is made of posterboard type material instead of paper. The screws are neatly laid out in the box. Everything was top notch! The swivel and tilt work great! I will definitely get a Kanto product next time I need to hang a TV.

    The Best Buy Geek Squad mounted my new TV with this Kanto-Full-Motion Wall Mount. It swivels & turns side to side and tilts up & down. Your TV can also be pushed in if you don’t want it sticking out. For the price I believe that these are great features in a mount, plus it is very sturdy and not at all flimsy.

    This is a sturdy mount but is not easy to get it to fit Tvs is supposed to fit. My tv was 50 inches and is supposed to fit which it did with some problems. If a store was close by I would have returned it.

    A pretty solid mount. Easy to install. Comes with most hardware needed to install. May need wood screws if you are mounting to a wall stud. It does include masonry screws.

    Gets a good grab on the TV, the cross arms seem very sturdy. The swivel arm moves out smoothly but is grabby enough to hold its position. The tilt function tension is adjustable with an easily accessible bolt. A cap covers the wall mount hardware for a clean looking install. A template is included for simple mock up for easy pre drilling.

    The possible downsides: The mount system is a big x shape across the back of the TV. Depending on where your connections are located, you may lose access to plugs if they are located in the middle or along the path of the arm.

    Although it appears to be well made, it did not work with where my builder put the wall studs. It needed another hinge so it would lay flat against the wall between the two doors. Had you return for a different style.

    The mount doesn’t collapse, so be mindful of where you mount it, as the only way to have it sit flush against the wall to view, is to start with the mount off center (either right or left). I wish I would have realized this, before drilling my holes (live and learn). I would not have purchased this mount if I would have noticed this “flaw.” This is what I get for ordering it from online.

    The way the screws go into the mount, there’s no way to keep it perfectly level. Now my TV is at a slight, but noticeable, angle.

    There are a lot of other brands that are more expensive however this one for the price was the best one and the set up was easy it didn’t take a lot of time I did it in less than an hour. I put a 65 inch to this TV and it works marvelous. I highly recommend it.

    Absolutely appallingly poor service. My appointment for installation was YESTERDAY between 11:30 and 1:30. By 3 pm when no one had arrived, i called. The tech couldn’t be reached. An hour later, still no response. An hour later, still nothing. Another hour goes by and AGAIN I called. The women suggest that perhaps no one was coming. Really??? If iIno called-no showed I wouldn’t expect to have a job the next day!!! So, were FIRST
    appointment the next morning after this appallingly bad treatment? NO!!They’ll see us NEXT MONTH!! Not even kidding!! We bought this TV on December 24th and we will be “lucky” if it is on the wall correctly on March 18th. By the way, this will be the Geeky Guys 4th attempt to get it right! Yes, each time, THEY choose the bracket and each time it wont work out. Do yourselves a favor and steer far, far away from
    Best (Worst) Buy.
