    Very bad product. It did not work and i was told i could not return the item. Best buy has bad policies. I will never order from best buy again.

    Wouldn’t recommend. Not the greatest reception and the dial moves too easily, so hard to get it to stay on the channel you want.

    My bad. I didn’t realize this was a weather radio so I returned it. Would like to see Best Buy carry more portable radios for those of us from the Walkman era.

    Picks up stations fairly well. Nice weather band. Sound quality fair. Size is good. Dial is small, but usuable.

    Great service! Great radio!! Our autistic son loves music!!! This is Jim’s wife, Kathy because he has macular degeneration and Jim can’t text or email. All of our products that have been purchased from Best Buy have been great and the employees are so kind and helpful. Continued success!!
