Stressed –
Purchased in October and just getting it installed on Jan 28, 2021 if its not canceled again… too bad they didn’t cancel the three payments I had to make even though I didn’t have the appliances.
COOKTOP –
I purchased on December 5th, it was delivered on-time January 4th.
I installed and turned the Cooktop on….and immediately notice defects in the glass/ceramic top. I sent a note to JennAir on January 16th asking for help / support….NO REPLY as of today January 30th.
As of today….I would not buy another JennAir product.
The attached picture shows imperfections in the glass/ceramic, appear to be little white bubbles in the glass on the only element used…(Less than 20 minutes when the picture was taken)

Like the cooktop but not thrilled the way the burners aren’t identified when they are hot. There is a light saying top is hot but does not designate which burner it is.

I replaced my 42yr old JenAir cooktop with the new Jen Air 36” electric downdraft cooktop, I love it !! It’s awesome!! Easy to use and easy to clean!

I always check negative reviews first and the complaints were upkeep, basically. Glad ignored them. Purchased a ceramic cleaner day and 18 months later mines still look new. Cooks Super.
