Blocks out the background noise in the gym so I’m able to focus on my workout and limit distractions. The ability to switch between noise canceling and ambient is useful, so I’m able to use the same buds when I’m also in areas where I may need to be more aware of surroundings.
There are no issues with them falling out at all. Had been using the mid-sized ear mold and inner ear pad. Recently switched to the smallest inner ear pad, and noise canceling is still working well.
The only downside with these I’ve had so far is that it seems as though when the buds are in the case and closed none of the features from the JBL app works such as the location services and exploring settings.

I cannot get these to stay in my ears. I have adjusted the size multiple times and they still fall out. When I am able to hold the earbuds in the sound is awesome. Right now these earbuds are next to useless as they won’t stay in my ears.

No matter what combination of attachments I use buds will gradually fall out of my ear. Sound quality is decent but volume and bass is low compared to my old Jabras.

These are an Excellent Product! I purchased them for my husband who works in a very noisy environment and he says they are absolutely fantastic, not just for listening but the noise cancellation is superb! He likes them so much he made me buy a pair for myself as well. We are huge Bose fans but these have better features for a lot less money. And they fit my ears much better

Sound is a 9/10 for the price. I feel like they are still comparable to cheaper headphones of similar brands. Connectivity is great. My biggest gripe is that the headphones when allowing ambient sound amplifies loud sounds too.

sound quality is pretty good, But the worst part about these is they constantly fall out of my ears. i got them for exercising and they constantly would fall out during my workouts. sometimes even just minor movement would cause them to fall out. it was incredibly annoying, eventually one earbud stopped working due to sweat. for exercise earbuds they should be semi waterproof

I prefer the function of the JBL tune but that kept falling out. The reflex mini stays iny ear great but the functionality is crap. Fights to disconnect, fight to change devices. Battery capacity is mediocre at best

Really deep bass and great noise cancellation. I hate the feeling of earbuds but the quality of the sound makes it worth it. Remember to use the app to adjust the sound to your prefrence because they sound weird out the box.
