The buying experience was great. Walk in they get your item and out you go all bagged up. Put it in my wife’s stocking as a surprise. And hers broke so I gave it to her early before she bought a new one. Only to find the box had been opened from the bottom and someone put a used broken one in the box. Had to return it.

Piece of junk. Volume so low puppies must have been in charge of quality control. If there is any background noise you can not hear your conversation. That includes the hum of your refrigerator running. We should be paid a commission for every successful conversation. The company would not owe much. If you see this on the shelf smack it like a spider and run.

Its wery comfortable! I have two of them! Their main advantage is in the way it holds on the ear- it’s hanging on the ear due to it’s bracket! So you won’t feel any pain… connects to any phone, battery durable, stas connected on long distances, i think up to 50-70feet. Rubber pads of 3 dimensions for different ears

While the device was easy to set up and it paired quite quickly, it’s difficult to put over my ear, and the ear “hook” comes off quite easily when the device is in my pocket. The hook is one of the features I was seeking, so that is troubling; however, the sound is good, even though it always needs to be turned up when I answer or place a call – if that’s some “safety” feature, I would curse Jabra for not trusting my own intelligence in setting the volume level I desire I still have excellent hearing, even at age 62)!!

Previously I had the Jabra Extreme2 (which they don’t make anymore) and this has been working great as an alternative.
Even in changing outdoor environments it still holds charge and has a clear sound. I like the new soft ear insert and stays in my ear great.

The small Jabra earphone with behind ear clip are the best. Almost all earbuds pop out of my ear but this stays secure even with movement and no worries while driving that I’ll pop an earbud out to cause distraction. It’s not the best for heavy duty music listening (then I do use something else) but for cell phone Bluetooth or out working in the yard where I’m moving and could easily lose another earbud, this is perfect.

I don’t recommend this earpiece whatsoever. The volume is the biggest thing that’s wiring with this thing. I’ve had plantronics m90/m95 earpieces before and THOSE WERE AWESOME!! This is just a waste of money for me as I work in construction and I dont olay my music/podcasts loud to begin with, but everything that plays on this (music/phone calls/podcasts) are just incredibly low volume, I’d rather not even wear this at all. I’m struggling to find a earpiece these days that are small like the old plantronics that are still being manufactured these days. DO NOT BUY THIS, unless you work in a setting that’s quite!

Nice earpiece for a good price. Sound is good and it fits pretty well. The only issue is the rubber ear part slips off over time and they get lost. This happened to 2 of these.
