I have used Jabra before and loved it. Not thrilled with this new one. on/off button is difficult. sound is good, but apparently, they are making them larger now (all brands, not just Jabra) and they stick out from your head farther. I mostly want it for talking on phone, not business, so don’t need fancy and expensive set, would be a waste of money.

The volume is too low on this new Jabra Talk 15 SE earpiece. Even on the highest volume setting. Sadly I had to return it to store. I recommend the old Jabra Talk 15 it is louder.

Call quality is good, however, earbud is too large for my ear. Removed the rubber cover and the actual ear piece adequately fits into my ear, but is irritating for long calls. Design needs to take into account that women have smaller ear openings then men.

Sound quality is great on both ends. Connected to my Samsung Galaxy S 23 Ultra easily within 2 minutes. I love it. The only draw back i can possibly think of is that to pick up or hang up calls all it takes is 1 tap. Which is a great feature but in the cases where im adjusting the bluetooth in my ear it causes me to accidentally hang up.
