    BB staff bailed me out when I couldn’t figure out how to stream from my laptop.

    This adapter allowed me to connect two monitors to my M1 MacBook Pro, which I previously thought was not possible. You need an additional adapter to convert a display to a USB port (and one for HDMi if you don’t have a direct HDMI display)

    Audio kept pausing but not sure if it is from thedevice or monitor speaking. I don’t need the audio anyway. Everything else worked great.

    I bought this for my work computer so I could connect a wireless mouse, high-end tablet, and external projector simultaneously. I was not optimistic about its performance but was very pleasantly surprised. It has been working flawlessly for well over a year, even after taking some physical abuse.

    I needed to have not only a second HDMI(My computer only has one), and USB type A connection to support my desk, as well as power passthrough. This met that requirement perfectly. I use it to both “dock” my work laptop(HP Z-Book), and my personal M2 Macbook Pro. This works perfectly and I have had no issues with either laptop. My daughter has also used this on her Nintendo Switch with no issues.

    I had purchased a new computer monitor to use at my parents home when I worked remotely, unfortunately a new laptop I recently received did not have the monitor ports that would be compatible. I knew what I was looking for but didn’t find it in the areas of the store I was looking. Fortunately when I described what I needed to associate he was able to direct me to this product and several other options. I decided to not leave this new found toy at my parents home but take it with me just in case this same up again working remotely even from my home office.

    Not sure if the USB C was broken or just not what i needed to run my extra screen but it didn’t work. I have another of these and thought it was broke, but i guess it is my monitor. The HDMI and USB drives work well.
