    This is works great I have a 2019 MacBook Pro and I’m using it with 2 TVs as extras monitors so I have 3 screens working at once with one laptop

    This HDMI adapter was super easy to install but did not work. I had the Best Buy gurus on the phone for over an hour trying to figure out why my monitor was not connecting to my laptop. Took it back to the store and they switched it out with a less expensive brand which worked immediately!

    Easy to use. Drivers loaded automatically if needed. Currently switching between my 2016 Acer laptop (personal) and my Lenovo Thinkpad (work) and works perfectly. Since I rarely use the 2 extra monitors for personal computing, I typically have this device connected to my work laptop and the 2 monitors with one of the monitors having an additional HDMI cable (2nd port on monitor) connected to my personal laptop.

    First the off the instructions inside are not useful. Use it to get the website you need in order to download software. However once downloaded there is a ADDITIONAL set of instrctions for the “updated version.” That document states the steps you have to take. That one actually works my Macbook has the lastest os.

    I purchased this to work on my Mac Mini. The adapter did not work straight out of the box. I went to the company website and discovered I needed to download drivers from their site. I didn’t want to take that chance, so I used it in my HP laptop. It started off great but HDMI ports kept going in and out. The 4K port worked fine.

    Completely worthless.. Despite following all instructions to the letter and spending an additional 1.5 hours troubleshooting, never got it to work. Was simply trying to connect two external displays to my iMac. Don’t waste your money or time.

    Purchased this one a couple of weeks ago as I bought 2 new Vizo monitors for work, but it doesn’t work well when both monitors are plug in to it, had to plug one directly into laptop. Totally defeats the purpose.

    No issue with getting the adapter to work even without driver update which is recommended to install however this was used for a work provided laptop which was then connected to two monitors. Definitely recommend.

    I found online that I needed an adapter to see different displays on multiple monitors. A splitter is used to show the same thing on all monitors such as in a sports bar or at BestBuy’s monitor display section. This adapter is super easy to install and works seamlessly. I didn’t want to wait a week for Amazon to deliver one.

    Didn’t work so I contacted the manufacturer. They said their company will not support new OS for apple products and no known timeframe or if they ever will. Not for apple. My intention was for use with my MacBook Pro.

    It worked well on my windows laptop but did not work on my wife’s MacBook for that reason we returned it and went with a different one that worked for both. Before people comment about drivers I did download the driver online for Mac and it didn’t work. I had to do similar steps to get the second one to work and it has been working great!
