    This item works as advertised. However, I need at least one more USB port to solve my problem. As usual, the purchase experience was very satisfactory.

    Pretty neat little device. I was able to switch from the bulky docking docking station to this one and I like it a lot better.

    I use this with a MacBook Pro. The additional USB ports are very useful. The HDMI port just works, as does the Ethernet port. I like that it props the laptop up at a slight angle, which makes typing more comfortable and improves cooling. I’ve tried other docking stations that were less capable… this one is a winner.

    It gets the job done but it only has one HDMI port. I explained to the sales person I was setting up a home office with two monitors (plus my laptop). The new monitors I bought doesn’t have a usb port on them so I can only use one monitor. I would return and get a different one if I hadn’t already thrown away the packaging.

    Cant do 4K at more than 30FPS. In this day of age, useless.

    Does what I need it too do. Need to unplug it from the computer when not in use,or you will have a dead battery.

    I decided to write this review to explain how amazing this little “dock” works for me and hopefully, you. I have achieved the perfect “gaming” set-up using it with a little gaming monitor for my galaxy phone for Samsung Dex, my Nintendo Switch (works perfectly somehow??)

    With a keyboard and mouse, a type C charger, an HDMI cable to the monitor, an Ethernet port and a 3.5mm port for some speakers it’s great.

    Samsung Dex works great for GeForce Now, my switch thinks it’s a run-of-the-mill dock and this dock just chugs right along keeping it all connected. I can’t say much more good things about it.

    This docking station is really good. Has everything you need to connect to 2 external monitors. Like the fact that you can res the laptop on the unit giving it slight tilt towards you. Easier to see the screen but also allows for better airflow to help cool the laptop!

    This is a perfect solution for a MacBook. It sits right below the machine, keeping my desk neat. I’m addition, the adjustable cord length for the USB C cable means I can plug into the MacBook without additional cord clutter.

    It functions perfectly. The HDMI output works great, and the provided USB ports, power input and other ports make this a plug-n-play when I bring my laptop to the desk.

    I would highly recommend this item, especially since it has the same features as
    Other more costly hubs.

    Works without issue and as advertised. Using this as the dock for a laptop workstation setup including ethernet, 3.5mm speakers, an ultrawide monitor (2,560 x 1,080 resolution at 60hz), and charging. It can take a few seconds for my laptop to recognize everything plugged in, but that probably has more to do with the laptop than the dock itself. The dock is also shaped so that the laptop can be set on top of it, raising it slightly off the desk and helping with cooling. Overall, a great dock for the price.

    this thing suck, we bought 2 and Both had the same issue. over time the cord will start to short out, and its aggravating when editing a video and a slight movement makes it disconnect.

    This item does work fine but the fit and finish is not quite right. Theirs a lid on the top that necer quite closes properly. Its not that big of a deal since the laptop rest on that portion of it anyways, but i think it’s worth mentioning. It’s just cheaply made.

    We have plaster walls so it was hard to get connections and needed to use a Ethernet. Our new iMac does not have a Ethernet connection so had to use this dock and it also allowed us to connect a few more devices

    I was having trouble getting multiple screens running on my HP laptop. I added a j5create – USB-C 4K HDMI Docking Station and was able to use both monitors and remote mouse and key board. Very satisfied!!

    I have no odea if this is worki g. My docking station will not work and tech support us unable to figure out why it wont work. I will bring everything back to the store to return

    The J5create Docking station works well on a newer computers. If you have an older computer the HDMI will not work. Just make sure you are using it on a newer computer. It works great.

    My old Dell had only 5 ports and I have 7 lines. But Michael drew a diagram with color codes, on the unit that showed me where to attached each line and it worked.

    Did not last an hour. Support asked me to do a few which i already had. Finally they said to mail it in and they would replace it. Any other vendor would have paid for shipping. I’ll return it and see what happens.

    Used on brand new laptop. Kept connecting and disconnecting randomly. Verified the proper drivers were installed. Power cycled laptop, issues were still persistent.

    As laptops are becoming sleeker, which means less data ports to connect other devices such as a CD drive, however, that is becoming obsolete as well. LOL
