    After purchasing an incorrect model for my setup, this was a breath of fresh air. It was an easy plug and play set up and works well with my Google Pixel laptop and two additional monitors. It has enough usb options for my mouse and keyboard. I would recommend this!

    Use it with a laptop and 2 monitors and it works very well. I also plug in a mouse and charger. Charging is actually really slow when connected but keeps laptop fully charged once it’s at 100. Great choice if you don’t want or need a full sized dock.

    Works as intended, no issues. Only thing is I wish is it had 1 more USB as there are only 2. 1 for wireless mouse & keyboard and a
    1 for printer, so leaves out camera. Like the size as it’s small.

    I thought I could use this to power my laptop and connect screens but I still have to connect the power cord. Wouldn’t have wasted money on it but missed returns windows.

    I purchased this at the store because the cheaper versions were sold out/not available. This mini dock costs considerably more than the others. I find that it has a nice feel, does the job, and hopefully will continue to work. I gave it 4 stars because the price was double the others (that were not available at Best Buy). I would recommend this item to those who don’t care about price or value.

    It gets pretty toasty (100*F with laser thermometer) and I have it standing vertically in a 3d printed stand that’s open on all sides. Running (2) 1680 x 1050 displays, USB keyboard, and charging a laptop. Not sure what it would be like running this with more plugged in.

    The attached cable is kind of short but I bought a 3′ USB-C extension cable from Cables 2 Go that’s worked well.

    It does what I need it to do between a ThinkPad and a Dell laptop. I don’t plan on returning it but with it running that hot I don’t think I’d buy it again if it fails anytime soon.

    Take my product recommendation with a grain of salt.

    This device is capable of running three devices, but you are going to have issues if your USB C port doesn’t ahve enough power, or if the GPU can’t support too much more.

    Great docking station. 4 out of 5 stars because it wouldn’t work with my previous laptop, but works perfectly with the newer laptop.

    I do wish it had an audio port, but that’s not a big deal.

    It worked fine for a while connected to a monitor, power cord and small speaker. Then a few weeks ago my monitor stopped working even though it worked well with two other computers. Checked it out and found it to be very hot. When it cooled the montor worked fine until the device heated up again in less than 5 minutes. Went back to the old device.

    This works well for my work from home station. Absolutely a must have if you use a laptop at home and take it to go. It works well with the tv as well. This dock is powering and connecting everything in the photo.

    Does not work with Macs with more than one display. It only mirrors all connected displays. This is in the fine print on j5create’s webpage: “When using extended mode on Mac, all connected displays will show the same content.” Indeed, this was my experience. The most annoying part about this is that this is a pretty big dealbreaker–why not put that on the cover of the package instead of having the buyer struggle through and spend an hour troubleshooting? What is the value of having users buy a product that obviously won’t work for their situation (use a Mac…)?

    I have had this for a little over a year. It has always gotten pretty hot since day one, but recently it starts disconnecting randomly, it will no longer pass power through to my device, the micro sd slot doesn’t insert anymore. Overall it is a good idea that doesn’t last long enough, especially for the price.

    This doesn’t have a power supply, it uses the laptop power cord. The proper level doesn’t reach the laptop which triggers a warning message. However it does work.

    Overall it gets the job done. Seems to disconnect when it gets hot or you try and exceed the bandwidth. Needed this to hook my laptop to an lg monitor 165hz 1440p. It works good for that but wont pass through gsync. Can also do 4k 120hz on one monitor but again wont pass through gsync or dolby atmos. Ethernet works great from laptop, iphone and ipad. Keep in mind, while it supports pd passthrough the power connected to the doc wont power devices connected to the hub unless the phone or laptopis also connect. So it wont charge usb speakers even with power hooked up.
