This was given as a gift. Initial setup went well, but ultimately a part had to be replaced for it to work properly, which it did. (Replacement part came promptly.) Recipient very pleased. Arrived in only the product box which showed signs of rough handling.

Great vacuum. Mapping is awesome. Able to send it on a mission to vacuum a specific room or area, it completes the job and returns to home base and empties the bin. I get a notification when the job is complete or if there is a problem.

So far, we’re not super impressed. It complains a lot about a stuck bumper but the bumper never actually seems to be stuck. It even seems to have an issue getting back onto the base. When it does vacuum, it seems to do okay, but answering all of error messages and given how slow it usually is… probably better and faster to just get out the regular vacuum. In general, not impressed so far. But we’re still trying with it.

“Drop-off detected” about every 3 feet, which is funny since we have a ranch with only one set of stairs to the basement that the vacuum wasn’t near….returned. Garbage

This Roomba is well worth the money. We have used a Roomba off and on for over ten years. As newlyweds in a small apartment, its random bouncing around was more than adequate. When we moved into a three-bedroom house the older Roomba’s were ineffective. Now that we have two kids almost pre-teen and a poodle – we needed some more help. In comes the i7.
We recently put in new LVP floors and while we love the look – everything shows. A crumb can be viewed from across the house/ We do sweep and mop regularly but the bulk of the stuff the Roomba takes care of and there is nothing quite like getting home from work and having clean floors. We got the i7 because of the mapping features, and the Alexa feature.
The only negative thing is when the Roomba is emptying the dust bin into base, it’s a very loud suction noise for about 30 seconds. However, the base is one vacuum cleaning another vacuum.

The Roomba gets into places I can’t get to, like under the couch. I love how it mapped out the layout of the rooms with the furniture and knows exactly where to clean everytime it goes out to clean. The ease of cleaning up accidental spills by being able to send the Roomba to a specific area is a great feature. The Roomba can clean smaller particulars on the floor better than a brook and dustpan can. The Roomba saves me time on cleaning weekly because I can set a schedule when I want the floor to be cleaned and I can send it out in between the sceduled cleanings if needed.

Love not having to vacuum as much myself. We have two dogs, though, so I still vacuum. As good as this does getting all their hair, it’s not perfect. It seems to miss a few areas of our house regularly. I need to figure out how to get it to map the area better.

The product is ok. Not as powerful as advertised. It happened a few times that after cleaning the floor is still dirty. Additionally, the cleaning pattern is a bit messy taking more time than other robot vacuums I had. Overall, it is a study product that does what it should – overpriced though.

Love! This device can be set at any time during the day. It vacuums every part of the house! This device is definitely worth it for the price. The only downside is that when it goes to empty it can be pretty loud! But that’s the least of my worries.

I’ve had the roomba for like almost 2 years now I’m getting an error code for the camera, I tried all the steps to fix it from their website and still not working very disappointed in this product for what I paid for. Oh and customer support wants to charge me.
