Good bot. Have to be diligent and clean the bot or the sensors will say empty the bag even if the bag isn’t full. Have to buy bags is a pain but found a generic cheaper option then buying the iRobot brand. All in all likenit better than the bagless Shark. Wish iRobot mad a bagless.

The robot never mapped the house properly after several attempts to reset and trouble shoot form videos, don’t expect customer support. It needs to be cleaned weekly if you have pet hair so it can run properly. We had to replace large side brush and the rotating brushes twice in the first month. Too fragile for the price. If I knew it would have no customer support I would have bought a lower priced robot. We used them for about 5 months and they are ready to be thrown in the trash.

I have 2 dogs that constantly shed, and it did an awesome job picking up all of the hair. It also very nicely avoided the stairs and the iron railing. (It lives on the second floor). Wish it was a little quieter, although it seems about on par for the noise level.

Bought this for my elderly mother and she love it. It’s wonderful. Picks up fine dust and other small debris. Leaves floors very clean. It’s relatively quiet, returns to its home base to dump the trash, which is a great for anyone who has trouble bending down or dust allergies. We are very impressed and on our recommendation two family members have purchased one.

This isn’t the top-of-the-line Roomba that iRobot makes but it’s still amazing! It does everything I want it to do and more. My favorite feature is that it self-empties. This saves me so much time and makes cleaning my house effortless. It also maps out my house so I can get it to clean certain areas if I dont want it to clean the whole house. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a robot vacuum.

Have only used the Roomba twice so far. It has done a good job. I don’t think I could have set it up without help – my grandson did the set-up for me. The first time we just turned it on and let it go. Apparently it is doing some mapping so it knows where walls and furniture are – it goes around tapping into walls and anything else in the way. The next day he set it to just map without vacuuming – it moved a bit quicker and was learning where everything is so it knows where to stop and turn around. It seemed to be a little confused by table and chair legs as it kept going around them several times. It returns to the home base on its own and empties itself. The emptying process is quite noisy – sounds like a jet engine. After the floor plan was arranged in the app we set it to vacuum the living room and it took off and did just that room and went back to base and emptied. I think it is great that I can tell it to vacuum when I am not there and come home to clean floors. I purchased it on a great sale which makes it that much better.

So far it seems to do a good job. After I got the map done, I divided it into two sections. I do one section at a time so I can move small tables and lamps into the other section before I start. It still takes about an hour to do each half of our condo.

Easy set up, Cleans well and does a great job with animal hair. It move effortlessly between wood floors and carpet; hasn’t ever gotten stuck on anything. My only complaint is that it doesn’t clean against the baseboard.

I bought this vacuum cleaner to clean our 3-room apartment. I have a short-haired dog and friends often visit.
Yes, it cleans smooth floors without carpets quite well. It has a big trash can. But its main disadvantage is its brain. or rather its lack of brain. it is an absolutely stupid vacuum cleaner. it does not orientate itself in the room at all and drives chaotically around the room. after its work it does not feel clean. it is not able to drive on carpets at all. in general I was very disappointed and returned it to the store.

Not worth it. The mapping it did took forever and when it got done, it was ridiculous trying to edit the map it made. Constant error codes after the first week or two. I gave up and returned it, because it took forever, and kept getting stuck for no apparent reason

I love all of the features of this vacuum. It mapped my house, I can schedule when i want it to run and it empties itself. I literally all i have to do is declutter the night before and its good to go. The only downside is how loud jt is when it empties itself. I swear it sounds like a jet is trying to take off from my living room. All in all, its a great tool!

The vacuum worked as expected at first. Then after day 8 it start to give me bag errors so I changed the bag and still errors . I ended up returning the vacuum exchanging for a new one hoping it was just a lemon. The new one is being shipped
