The Woofer grills are made of metal and will be able to protect your woofers. The components that hold the woofer grill in place are designed for thin woofer rings. Mine are thick, so I had to make do. They do not fit flush.

Be sure your driver doesn’t protrude too far, be sure it’s standard 12 diameter (11 1/8″ cutout!) also you need a ring to hold it in place!

Really great price other places wanna double the amount of money for the same products they have metal screens with a plastic rim the screws but you may need spacers in between the screw to the housing of the sub box mine was installed at Best Buy audio and they did an excellent job
