    Had some issues with initial connection. But, once I figured it out, it was great.

    I’ve never liked the dangling adaptors but those that are flush become loose, and get shorted out at the connection port, so I tried an Insignia brand with the cord– it did the same thing after a few months. I have not looked into the warranty yet. Going from my prior experience, I was hesitant on purchasing this adaptor for my iPad but it was on sale/open box. Although this version has fewer ports, aside from an ethernet connection (which I never use) my MacBook pro has the others so it’s not a big concern, it feels more solidly built and lighter. Hopefully this will reduce tension at the port connection and will last more than a few months.

    It worked perfectly fine for almost a year. Then it started to glitch. For the price of $49 you would think the quality of the product would be better especially since it is not something I use 24/7 only occasionally.

    It’s a nice charging port and works very well for small devices (phones, AirPods, etc) plus the hdmi function is helpful, but does not have enough power for devices such as external DVD players.

    Was nice for my MacBook Pro to have additional hdmi ports and a usb a port, however the port on this only displays out 120 hz max even on 1080p and goes to 30hz on 4K

    Stopped working from normal use 4 days after the 15 day return policy ended, BestBuy will not refund or exchange.
    Literally used this for fewer days than dollars I spent on it.
    Great while it worked, but go buy this somewhere that at least guarantees their product will last longer than 2 weeks.

    My new work laptop does not have any USB or HDMI ports but all of our accessories require USB and our projectors require HDMI so this adapter was perfect. I’ve had it for 6 months and it’s been great! Also fairly compact and easy to travel with.
