    This is the perfect adapter if you do not have a display port out but have a USBC connection and would like to add a second screen to your everyday laptop.

    This Item might not be the cheapest, but it does work perfectly and is really nice. I used this for a Laptop that uses Displayport over USB-C for a second monitor. It works perfectly to output at the resolution I need.

    That output is 3440×1440 at 165hz

    Does the job, it takes the strain off my external thunderbolt drive with display-port for my secondary monitor. I notice my other secondary 4k monitor is a little smoother or same as the primary one after using this. This is used with a thunderbolt 4 dock for my MacBook Pro.

    Whoever claimed this works for VR was blatantly lying. It will just stay at a blank screen and Oculus will claim its not connected to a DisplayPort. I only got this expensive piece of crap because I thought it would work as a VR adapter.

    I want a refund and to sue that guy for false advertising.

    Works like you would expect, you plug one thing in to one side and it tranfers data to the thing plugged in to the other side. IDK why you came to read this review, or what you were expecting, but yeah, as expected.

    The item was ready to be picked up in less than one hour! Although I purchased this adaptor as open box item, it works very well as of today. The wire of the adaptor itself is not long, but it is not a problem for me since the wire from the screen is long enough.
