It works like it’s supposed to. No complaints with the item itself. Plenty of issue with the phone customer rep, as well as with the to go staff, however the manager that evening did a tremendous job ensuring that I didn’t leave there upset that night! He exemplified what superb customer service looks like for me!

My laptop is essential for work and general life organization, so if I can’t charge it, it’s a huge problem. I have a replacement, but now I don’t feel like I can trust it at all.

When i ordered this charger i was told it’d be compatible to my MSI directly via best buy’s telephone customer service line. It didn’t work when it arrived and felt very lackluster in quality for the price of what you were getting. It’s a shame that best buy doesn’t carry charger replacements for the MSI Vector laptops because it makes it a hassle when the charger basically burnt on fire that I had prior. Hope they improve their customer services knowledge on compatibility between devices and adjust pricing of lesser quality items.
