This is basically a perfect silicone case. I’ve used the Apple-specific cases in the past and this is comparably constructed but significantly lower in retail cost. There are several cutouts- specifically, the back slot for the cameras (with a proper camera perimeter bump), the lightning port, speaker and microphone holes, and the silence toggle. The volume buttons are covered in silicone and are not restrictive so pressing up and down is actually quite satisfying. This specific case by Insignia has the “Built-in Magnetic Ring Designed for MagSafe” on the box, meaning that it is properly MagSafe compatible. Note that some other cases do not have this magnetic ring installed so those other cases don’t stick properly onto a MagSafe charger. This one is strong enough to use on my in-car MagSafe stand without falling off when I go over speed bumps. The silicone feels nice in the hand and I think it’s important to note that there’s JUST enough of a bump going around the perimeter of the screen to make sure that the glass doesn’t ever touch the surfaces when you place it face down.

I’m a bit picky on my cases for my phones. I tend to like a silicone case for the “grippiness” and feel, and this Insignia case is a great price. This case is engineered with a magnetic ring, built right into the case – so for those of you invested in the MagSafe chargers or accessories – this will work well for you.
I have wireless pad type chargers all over my house, and this case has not had any issue with them at all – and also fits into my Ultraviolet Phone cleaner! I have another case for my iPhone 14 Pro that doesn’t fit will into that cleaner – so this Insignia case just became my go-to case!
The Raised edges on the back are big enough to protect my 3 cameras when I set it on my desk or counter, and the front has a slightly raised edge as well. There’s a Microfiber liner and protects the back of the phone from the case itself – ultimately keeping your phone in pristine condition. I like the soft green color – making my phone easy to identify compared to my family array of blue and black phones and cases.
Overall – a great value and product!

Great Case for a Great Price.
I like the feeling of protection for my iPhone without having a lot of bulk to the case. This is a good solution. It feels really good – smooth with just a slight bit of traction for a solid grip. I like the way it has a protective rim around the opening for the camera lenses so that it protects them when you place the phone down flat on a surface – something I tend to do all the time.
An added plus is the way it includes extra help for wireless charging via the specially engineered ‘charging ring’ built into the case. The phone charges wirelessly with the case on just fine and there’s no extra bulk added by the ‘charging ring’. These are both big plusses as far as I’m concerned.
On top of all that, I like the pleasing, subtle look of this color green. It adds a nice touch without being too flashy – which is just what I, personally, like.
When it comes to phone cases, the number of options available can be overwhelming. There are so many designs, color schemes, textures and form-factors to choose from. In the end, it’s clearly a personal choice. But if you like quality build with a subtle tone and simple, thoughtful design, you cannot go wrong with this case.

For the past week, I’ve been using this Insignia silicone case with MagSafe there is a lot to like about the case, and a few minor gripes. The outside of the case has a really nice, soft, smooth feel to it with just the right amount of stickiness to it. The inside has a microfiber liner that looks like it would keep your phone from getting scratched, should dust get in between the phone and your case. The raised lip around the camera will help keeping your camera lens from getting scratched. Appearance wise, the case is a winner, all the buttons and openings for the charger are spot on. The only minor gripe I have is the prominent mold line, that bugged me for about 10 minutes.
I usually keep my phone in my jacket pocket or pants pocket. The slight grippiness of the case made it sometimes more challenging to get it into my pocket compared to my other case that’s more slippery. But that’s to be expected. Life is all about trade-offs, with the grippiness feel to it comes dust! Each time I put my phone in my pocket and take it out, the case was coated with dust and sometimes hair (yes, I do wash my clothing). I found this to be especially true the first 2 days when the case was freshly opened. After 3+ days, it seemed to have less dust tuck to it. Probably because there’s already a coating of fine dust and oils from my hand to keep more dust from sticking to the case.
The MagSafe feature works great, I use it with all my MagSafe accessories (charger, and 2 dash mounts) no issues at all.
Overall I like this case a lot and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice case. I’m already looking to purchase another color and one for a family member! To me, this case is nicer than other cases costing more, good job Best Buy/Insignia!

The green grows on you ! Case has extremely good fit, and feels excellent in the hand with no slipping. The texture is rubber like with no smudging, or reflections. Camera opening has a bump which is supposed to help protect the camera. I guess that might be the case but the opening is quite large so I am not sure how much protection is really offered. Buttons feel good and no issues with using them. Openings for speaker and charging ports are perfectly aligned, and good size (so larger head chargers can fit). I wish the front lip was a bit bigger so when the phone is face down its more elevated and not touching the front glass. The case is magsafe, and the magnet does a great job of holding to my car mount while not showing on the outside of the case. I don’t like that most cases today, show the magnetic ring on the outside. I don’t see it as a fashion statement. Anyhow, all in all the case fits well, and should offer decent protection without the bulky feeling, or making a good looking phone seem weird.

The very first thing I noticed about the Insignia™ Silicone Case with MagSafe was the wonderful simplicity to it. There was no having to connect an inner structure around my phone, and then having to get a case around it and the phone…all I had to do was simply place my phone inside the silicone case and I was ready to go.
Because of its price point, I was unsure just how well-made the case was going to be when I ordered it. I have purchased several of the “other brand” over the years, and have always cringed when it came time to pay for them. But I had heard good things about the Insignia phone cases and decided to give them a try. I’ve also purchased other Insignia brand products including a television and soundbar, and they are absolutely great.
Now, in all honesty, it is difficult to go on and on about a phone case, but there are a few things that set the Insignia apart. For one, like I already said, it is pure simplicity. Yet it is of the highest quality and craftsmanship. There are no mold marks or creases, it feels amazingly substantial in the hand, and is actually rather quite appealing in appearance. The phone fits snugly, with no gaps. The phone goes in easily, and you can tell there is no danger of the phone ever falling out of the case. I have to add that the phone and the case appear almost seamless, that is, the case fits exactly as it is supposed to fit.
Now, I was a bit concerned regarding the MagSafe charging coil. The competition really tends to harp about magnet placement, charging rates, etc. I was happily surprised to discover that Insignia spared on expense on making sure the charging coil was made to specs. My phone charges just as well as ever.
The phone fits great in the case, it charges perfectly, and is absolutely elegant looking. It feels great, cleans easy. It is so well-made that if I ever happen to drop my phone, I feel totally confident it will survive with no damage. What more could anyone want from a phone case? I might add that I am impressed with the number of different designs you can choose from.
This is a phone case that has sold me on the Insignia line of iPhone cases. I don’t imagine I will ever buy a different brand in the future. If you are looking for a simple yet functional and dependable phone case, the Insignia™Silicone Case with MagSafe is the one to get. I will most definitely be recommending this brand to my friends and family.

Silicone is quit hard to hold with one hand. It slips when I hold it vertically. I actually have come to like hard cases more now because of that. But the camera cut out size and camera rim are perfect. TV r rim doesn’t interfere with any MagSafe accessories. The green color is stunning. MagSafe is strong and well aligned on the case. I am concerned with the drop though. It doesn’t seem like it will withstand a very hard drop because Best Buy says it can withstand 4 foot drop. I wish the camera rim was slightly taller because it is about the same height as my cameras.
