    The Insignia silicone case for the Steam Deck is good bang for the buck, but be aware that it’s flimsy and doesn’t fit quite right. It’s still OK for 15 bucks, but if you want something that looks nicer then you should reconsider. Overall, a super average value option.

    I got one of the limited edition steam deck OLED models and wanted something to keep it from getting scuffed up without paying for some overpriced case or grip. This fits almost perfectly theres a tiny bit covering the bottom left corner of the screen but hardly noticeable. All of the cutouts match perfectly (MicroSD slot, charger port, volume buttons, etc.) It fits inside of the heavier case that came with the steam deck too.

    The case itself is a bit mushier and more slippery than expected. It would be nice if it were a bit more rigid and the silicone wouldn’t stretch and slide around as much. Otherwise it is thick enough and it does make the console easier to hold, giving the user a bit more grip. For the money, it is great value and gets the job done.

    It does not fit the OLED steamdeck. There was alot of space between the device and bumper. Ended up returning item to get something that will fit the steamdeck better. 0 stars but I had to put at least 1 star to write the review.
