    This is an easy to use device. It worked the first time we tried it with our vizio television set. There were no complicated instructions to trip up people who are not proficient with mechanical devices.

    The remote is not the original, however it’s a universal for VIZIO television. The remote servers the purpose of changing the changes but you still cannot access the menu for the television.
