John –
Bought so I wouldn’t have to hold my work phone while on the phone. Great to have if you tend to be on the computer and need both hands while being on the phone with some. Sound quality is fine, not really purchasing for that reason. Make sure you know the headset connection type before going to the store.
QuickVFR –
Surprisingly good sets. These were used to improved sound quality in a loud office. I have used many of these including very expensive wireless sets and these outperformed most of them. A very pleasant surprise.
Daniel –
No comment as the product has stopped working altogether
MrBob –
Good value. Works very well. Clear sound. Lightweight
OldMan –
Threw it away, Junk, run from this, must keep writing to reach minimum chars
Cookingit –
Sound quality is not the greatest but it does it’s work. Don’t get frustrated like me trying to figure out how to make it work, play around with the buttons till you get it to work be cause it works just fine. Good luck!
Jason –
Bought this for flight school and works good. Good quality.
Powerbeats –
This was a quick solution to our office setting. They worked great!
Cindy –
Love it, works great. I used this handset at work and love the hands free
AlBundy –
Worked Great. Easy setup. Only long part about the whole setup was the drive to the store.
MICHEL –
Works great – clear comfortable, Great back up for a reasonable price as a substitute for my cordless headset
DealLover –
Hands free is great and it has worked great for several years.
I love not having to drop what I’m doing to pick up the phone.
Soundbar –
Hard to hear not sure if it’s it or the connection
LegendaryDeejay –
Hands free headset works well. Sound quality is great and clear. Thus far (after a few uses) I’m very pleased and satisfied. Hopefully, it will last a good while.
Jeff –
I use this headset everyday since I am working from home. Good price, clear, and comfortable.
racqdoc –
easy to use, works well and does everything I need it to do
Headset –
Easy to use but mic has to be very close to mouth/lips for clients to hear properly.
LEOwork –
Good sound, good value. Reason not a 5 is because it’s too big for my head and not adjustable to my smaller head. It is adjustable, just for bigger heads!
ObliviousOne –
I knew they would work and needed them temporarily until the required ones I needed came it. Movement causes static but they suited me perfectly for my needs. Thank you!
LastManStranded –
Not a bad headset. It works fine and the quality is good. My biggest complaint is the online controls make the wire hang and feel bulky.
Gonzalo –
Wouldn’t recommend. I could hear people on the headset but they couldn’t hear me
ninja636blk –
Decent headset, wife uses it working from home….
Consanguinity –
Sounds far away and hard to have customers hear me.
DonnaM –
only had this since june and already cuts in and out horriable
WestonCA –
Does what we need. Sound quality is ok with an IP phone.
PabloL –
Great headset for the price. Git the job done. Highly recommended.
JamarcusW –
Great product for work from home workers. Connects to phone and convenient.
Elgonz11 –
It’s been a month already and so far; the phone has been getting my expectations, the video quality is good, the photos are great, I cannot say anything on video games because I don’t play them but calls, internet everything is okay.
user531578 –
Headset worked great, but it was a little to big for my small head, so I returned it.
StephanieF –
Works great – no difficulty hearing. Need one more shorter level of adjustments for how the headset fits. Overall, great value.
DaveS –
Replacement for my prior headset. Have no idea how the first one could go dead, but I’d had it for a few years.
I’m on the phone a good deal and these make if far easier to use computer at same time.
Penny –
Easy setup and very comfortable. But not loud enough.
GinaM –
Volume is very low not able to hear hardly anything.
DavidL –
Had to buy a second one as the fiest one stopped working after 2 months. Good thing it’s cheap.
Shawntel –
I hate the caller hear while I am using the headphones, I can adjust to different channels, but I still will get a noise.
user690358 –
It does not work with the phones we use at work. Going to return it.
Unknown –
Works as described. Product is decently designed. Would suggest
Madroses221 –
THIS ITEM WORKS WELL BUT TAKES SOME TIME GETTING USE TO THE VOLUME SETTINGS
VictorL –
It works for old office phones with no Bluetooth technology.
bestbuyer100 –
Easy to adjust for perfect fit. Audio quality is very good. Caller is able to hear us clearly. Lightweight, with sufficient cord length for easy maneuvering at the desk.
XXX007 –
Great buy and great sound quality and light weight .
BoyMom –
I was able to pair the headset with my office phone easily. It’s comfortable and was reasonably priced.
Kelloggs –
Really good sound from the economy headset. The is an
RJ-9 plug in and works well with all phone systems with this plug option.
OtakuHal –
Works well for our work IT phone. Requires RJ9 on your desk phone. Only use it for around 30 mins at a time and it’s fine. Not sure of the fit and feel after 30 mins.
RoadieRic –
Headsets with RJ9 connectors are rapidly becoming extinct.
Unfortunately some companies refuse to update their office equipment, so this unit is really the only choice in antiquated workplaces.
It’s fairly flimsy, but fully functional and relatively affordable. Good luck finding one in a store though, it seems to only be available online. The shipment was prompt.
I just wish there was an affordable RJ9/Bluetooth device out there that would serve the same purpose, as the wires can be a pain.
Whataboutme –
While working from home, I knew I needed a land line for work purposes and I needed to be able type and work while on talking on the phone. This headset works well with my cordless phone.
Lo1234 –
Great functional head pieces for the work area. Great sound quality.
Steve –
Does the job, but overall QC is only medium. Adhesive designed to hold cushion into non phone side of head band lets go and comes loose at least once per 12 hour shift.
LeeR –
never used it. was told it would fit the phone i bought but the phone had no jack!
CaliforniaGrandma –
Excellent headset at a great price! Easy to use and very comfortable. It seems well made and the sound quality is excellent.
The headphone cushion ads to comfort and keeps the headphone from sliding around or falling.
I hope it lasts because it is not easy to find a replacement. This is my second headset that replaces one that lasted for a couple of years. I highly recommend it.
