If you have issues with your product and the mounts are facing opposite directions you really have to pry it to the correct position!

Solid design and straightforward installation. Would give it a 5 if they did a better job of addressing the 1-star reviewers confused by the way the mount is configured for packaging.
Now, for those of you reading reviews and considering purchase of this device, I was taken aback when I unpacked the mount and it appeared to validate the claims that it was assembled incorrectly (one mount pointed to ceiling and one toward floor). This is JUST FOR PACKAGING purposes – please see steps below:
1) Remove dual arm part from box. One VESA mount will be facing “up” relative to the direction of the mounting pole and the other will be facing down.
2) Prior to conducting any other assembly, grasp the VESA mount facing up and firmly rotate it vertically 90 degrees (down and to the right – it will be stiff, so takes a firm application of force.)
3) Now grasp this same VESA mount and rotate it horizontally 90 degrees to face the desired direction you want your monitor facing.
4) Repeat this process with the downward facing VESA mount, in this case rotating it vertically (up and to the left) then horizontally to face the same direction as the previous VESA mount.
5) Continue by following the assembly and mounting instructions.
6) Enjoy your two-monitor desktop configuration as I am.

This dual screen desktop mount is well balanced, easy to adjust even with two 27″ screens, and very robustly built. Took a few minutes to put together, but worth the effort. My neck is feeling better already.

First, don’t listen to most of these 1 star reviews. The ones who say the mounts are facing the wrong way are just idiots. They ROTATE! Use your hand and turn them. DUH!!! I’d give it 5 stars but there is one feature missing that would make it perfect. There is no way to adjust each arms height individually, so with the little slop in the arms or not having matching monitors, they will not line up. Even with matching monitors because of the slop, it’s not perfect. if they would have just made each arm to be able to adjust up and down separately it would be a very nice mount.

Came out of the box with the part holding the monitors backwards. I had to disassemble then put back together correctly. I bought two of these and they both needed corrections. Other than that, they are doing exactly as intended. They are holding all 4 of monitors perfectly.

For being an Insignia mount, I was pleasantly surprised. I only have this 4 out of 5 stars for one reason; I wish it held my monitors up better. Granted it is more of a budget friendly mount and for the price it works very well, but a slight tweak is needed for holding monitors. Other than that, it is a very good mount for a good price.

Using it for two 27in moniots. Monitor mount is very sturdy and makes cable managemt a breeze allowing you to route cables through the central support. Dont listen to the reviews complaining about the mounts facing the wrong way – you can change them to face whatever way you please. This was a non issue. Overall i would suggest this especially for the price point i an very happy.

Perfect. Cord management built in to keep cords well hidden. Holds my two 27 inch monitors nicely. Only disadvantage is you cant adjust heigh of the arms individually. So if you have two monitors pf slightly different sizes you cant level them out.
