    I bought this item because I thought I needed a new bracket to secure the hard drives in my laptop and the sales rep said it would work. Only to find out not only did I not need it but it was for a desktop.

    Great way to save a few bucks for mounting a pair of 2.5″ SSDs. The Corsair bracket is a little nicer with softer edges of sheet metal, but unless you routinely remove the tray, this Insignia will do the job just fine for less money. Packaged well and included screws work great. 5/5

    I purchased these to install an SSD drive to replace the standard second deive on my systems. Sadly i will need to cut the frame of the mini tower to be able to.secure it and have the cables connect. Not the parts fault. Its HPs fault.

    Had to get a new harddrive after my original HDD started having trouble booting. SSD is becoming the new norm and have less issues the only problem being old pc’s like mind don’t have slots for them, but with this problem solved. Just screw it in and slide it into your old sata drive slot. My main issue is trying to screw it in which can be a bit awkward since the screws that go into your SSD are very small and you have to try to screw them in through the holes on the sides of the mount which is a bit tricky. But otherwise, it does exactly what it’s suppose to do. Cheaper too compared to the Corsair brand (it’s just metal anyway).

    This is one of those items i thought i would need. It was exactly as described, it would work perfectly, but my computer already had the rails. It was so inexpensive though that I put it in my box of computer parts. Just in case.

    It works! This mount was needed because my case is older and does not have a mount for an SSD. The Geek Squad installed it when they determined my hard drive was failing, so I have no knowledge of its ease of installation.

    Good quality, cheap price, does what it’s supposed to do, and includes the screws necessary for both drives, and it’s own mounting. Perfect, cheap solution for people needing to mount additional 2.5 SSD’s in a 3.5 slot.

    It’s a hard drive adapter; it would be really hard for it to get less than five stars. I had a little trouble getting it to work with Lenovo’s strange desktop drive bays but obviously that’s Lenovo’s issue.

    These are just as good as the name brand adapters.
    These come with the screws but in my opinion the screws are not a good as they should be but very usable.
    These are great to use the same 3.5 standard HD to 2.5″ either ssd or standard HD

    Purchased this to mount a 1.5” ssd into a 2.5” hard drive slot. Comes with all screws and hardware to be able to install 2x 1.5” internal hard drives . Very happy with this item
