Really pretty, easy to put together, delivery was excellent! Had directions and screws were in individual bags with specific numbers for the different spots. Goes up and down levels for sitting or standing. Nice size. Use for putting multiple iPads on to watch 4-5 football games at same time, plus put my meals and drinks on.

I decided to finally make the jump in purchasing this desk when it came up on the deal of the day, and I am so glad that I did. This desk is exactly what I needed for my home office. It looks great and is very sturdy. Assembly was incredibly easy and I had it up and running shortly after unboxing. The motorized transition from sitting to standing is extremely smooth and quiet. The only thing missing with this desk is a small drawer but everything else is so great that it’s easily forgettable. The desktop size is perfect for me as well. It very comfortably fits my laptop, a 27″ monitor, keyboard and mouse, and there’s still a decent amount of room to place other items.

To be honest I was not sure the quality of this desk was going to be good but whoa!!! This desk is awesome. It was really easy to put to together and this is coming from someone who is not very mechanical and doesn’t like putting stuff together. I was able to do it without any issues. The motors are smooth and quick. The only thing this desk is missing are presets, however get yourself a marker and mark off your own presets on the legs and you are good to go.

It’s a nice desk, but the lift system has some issues. In the middle of raising the desk, it seems to have some sort of safety override where it will reverse direction for a couple seconds and stop. This gets very annoying. I’ve owned it 2 months and it’s now doing it every time I raise the desk. Sometimes is does it multiple times and it take half a dozen attempts to get it to raise up. I don’t have it overloaded either.

Exceptional value! For what it cost compared to the Steelcase desk. I thought it would be less sturdy. To the contrary, it is very heavy duty.
The only downside is the motor will sometimes reverse when pushing the up button. The desk will start moving down. If this happens, simply take your finger of the button and press it again. It appears much of this Insignia stuff has some little glitch. I have an Insignia fridge that went crazy and froze everything solid.

The quality of this product is great, however after having it for over a year I’ve noticed that the buttons are buggy from time to time. Sometimes I click up and it goes down, I press and it stops going up/down after a second or two, it only works properly when you press the buttons really hard. It’s a bit annoying but I can live with it

This is technically a standing desk but i don’t use it as one. The max hight is pretty tall and i can see the functions as a standing desk. I do love how smoothly the desks goes up or down and the assembly was very easy. GREAT BUY

Sturdy desk with some nice heft to it. I find the mahogany color to be quite beautiful as well. Mine did have trouble out of the box adjusting its height. The motor would stop and reverse a bit when you pressed the button in either direction. I found a tip in the Q&A here that fixed it. Bring the desk height to its lowest setting. Then press and hold the down button for several seconds until the motor resets. That fixed it for me.
The only thing I wish could be added, even with an after market solution, would be a keyboard tray.

Five months later and I still love my desk! Very solid, good quality. The motor is powerful, and not too loud. Their minimum and maximum heights are good for me sitting and standing respectively, and I’m on the short side (5’4″). The price was a great and it was easy to put together. Couldn’t ask for more!

Terrible experience. I’ve had this desk since August 2022, I don’t put anything heavy on it and only put my laptop and one monitor on it. I don’t sit on the desk and don’t abuse the desk. Yet, the motor started malfunctioning all of a sudden and the desk refuses to move up. It will only move down. I called to try and get some help and all I was told was that the desk was out of warranty and anything to fix it or get a new one would come out of my own pocket, as if I have an extra $300 to just buy a new desk. It doesn’t make sense that customers who don’t abuse their desks and have the motors stop working have to suffer for the company’s faulty manufacturing. The desk is less than 1.5 years old. I need to be able to move it up and down due to back problems. This is super frustrating. I was bounced around from Insignia to Geek Squad around 7 times with absolutely no real help and now I have nothing left but to use a faulty desk or pay for a potential expensive repair. When I finally agreed to have someone come and check out the desk, I was told by Insignia to talk to Geek Squad, and then Geek Squad told me they don’t cover my product and told me to go back to Insignia. Now it doesn’t look like anyone can fix the product so I’m not sure what they want me to do. I’m never purchasing from best buy or Insignia again. This was an extremely frustrating experience which is not surprising considering the amount of irritating experiences I’ve had with best buy. I was going to recommend this desk for a friend looking for one but that definitely won’t happen anymore. Not sure what to even do now.
