    So far, it is okay. It uses cyclopentane as a refrigerant like the unit it replaces. The unit it replaces only lasted 4-5 years. Older units with previous generation refrigerants lasted 15-20 years. We will see how long this freezer lasts. The proof is in the longevity.

    I was looking for an additional freezer for my basement. This is the perfect size. It didn’t take very long to get cold. So far, so good. No issues and no complaints

    It’s ok. The glass shelves don’t stay in place, it wiggles and moves around and ends up sliding off the slot, which makes it dangerous if it hits the ground and shatters. Needs to be defrosted often.

    This is a great little upright freezer for the price. Doesn’t take up too much space in my garage. Love that there are shelves inside but would have been even better if they were adjustable.

    Opened the box and there is a 7 inch dent on the top of the freezer. The box has only a minor puncture so who knows what happened.

    BB won’t offer any help or remediation so my only option is to haul this 100lb appliance back myself to get a different unit so I guess I’m stuck with this damaged freezer. Last appliance I’ll buy from BB.

    So far, so good after almost a month of use. Needed extra space to hold our purchases from Trader Joe’s and other food for Holiday gatherings. Wanted an upright with shelves, not a chest. Was able to bring this home in my SUV and set it up in the garage all by myself. Doesn’t take up much space.

    I bought this freezer. It stands up . It doesn’t lay down so don’t even try. It probably won’t work.. just like the plastic straw ban. We all out here drinking through soggy paper straw so the turtles stop choking but they still are! 2023 had over 1,200 turtles die and that’s above average! So they ban these straws and numbs went up. Clearly it’s not working. Freezer got real cold when I had it upright. Thermometer says -5. Shelves are glass and it makes a cool frost on them. If you draw on the frost when it first happens it lasts a while. Mins still there it’s been like 3 months.

    Freezer arrived with one corner dented and some small dents in the back. The box was untouched which makes me think that the freezer was damaged when it went into the box. I think this is poor quality control.

    Nice freezer. Can see all the stored food now. Great upgrade from a chest freezer.
    More room than expected. Fit easily in the back of my hatchback with the seats down.
    Remember to let stad upright for 48 hours after lying down.
