    Good product. Wasn’t very expensive so I expected it to not be the greatest. Works well for light usage, overheats fairly quick but doesn’t take long to cool off.

    Worked fine for 2 years. Then it died.nNot sure why. Motor worked, but shredder wouldn’t spin. Stripped gear or something. But, it wasn’t much of an investment in the first place.

    So i did purchase this as a christmas gift for my mom. She originally was a little overwhelmed not from the product but the size of the actual product. She loves it after opening she is older so i tried to factor that in if i did have the option i would have brought the size 1 above this one

    The shredder packs, a mighty punch, especially for its size and price-point! I’ve used it consistently since making my purchase and it’s eaten through hundreds of pages of paper without incident.

    I will tell you I think that it is a stretch that it’s intended 6 pages … with that many the motor sounds as if it is bogging down and struggling … probably why some of the reviewers claimed their unit has overheated.

    For me, five pages seems to be my sweet spot. The shredder quickly eats through five pages with no problem, and I’ve had it in constant use over a period of time with no problems.

    Whenever you empty the receptacle, be sure to clear the teeth as well to prevent any future problems.

    Such a nice size and I wanted to like it, but it was so noisy that I found myself avoiding paper shredding. It was also much slower than my previous shredder, manufacturer’s name forgotten, that lasted at least 10 years.

    The first unit we got had been returned by some else because it didn’t work. However, it had NOT BEEN REPAIRED, so it didn’t work for me either. I returned the used one and got new one, but have not used it yet.

    I bought one for my mom then I had to get one for myself cause it’s a great shredder. Now we are both satisfied with the product. It shred’s quick, easy and it’s a great for home, doesn’t take up much space.

    Great does the job shredding. Suggest not to shred 6 sheets at a time which is states on brochure. I just shred a sheet at a time. It will stop shredding when the bucket gets full. Its very easy to operate but fills bucket quickly.

    Good enough shredder for the light jobs. I suggest no more than 4 or 5 pages at a time. The shredder is about the size of a small waste bin and does not take up a lot of space. I recommend for light users who just want to occasionally destroy the evidence.
