    The Insignia gas dryer works well. I’ve only had it for 3 weeks. Once in a while if I’m drying different textures or weight the heaviest garments are still a little damp. Then turn the dryer back on and those garments are completly dry after just a few minutes. I think it’s a great gas dryer for the price.

    Cheap dryer, like layers of foil pieces together. First dryer sounded like a jet engine so I had installer take it back. Second one had weird sound, doesn’t dry on setting below medium (which takes two cycles to dry anything). Tried reversing door and holes on other side not drilled correctly so I had to put it back where it was! Today this dryer melted my mattress pad after just 15 mins (previously no problem drying it in my old dryer, followed label directions etc ). There’s melted plastic all over back drum; thankfully no fire happened. Someone is coming out to look at it and hopefully gets the plastic out of it, but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I regret buying this-I was trying to save $ because appliances aren’t cheap, however this one is. You get what you pay for.

    After 4 dryers in less than a year, this dryer worked and that’s all I cared about. I wanted the same dryer (the 7.5 CU model) but it was out of stock in my area so I settled for this one. I had to dry smaller loads but it dried well. Best Buy has the best exchange policy so when the 7.5 became available, I switched it out.
