    Does not do what I expected. Will not plug into all computers usb receptors. Would only work on my desktop not on my laptop, the cable is too short for use on desktop.

    My old one worked for quite awhile until a tornado blew through and it got fried. I decided since it lasted a good amount of time I’d replace it with the same one.

    I plugged this unit into my laptop just in the nick of time. I was in the middle of transferring data back and forth from several flash drives and found that having only one free USB port available on my laptop very limiting. I was tired of having to disconnect other USB devices, like my mouse, wifi and cellphone cables anytime that I needed extra ports. Now, with the 4-port hub, I can leave most of my added hardware plugged in and still have open available ports in case I need them for special projects. This unit is also very fast for data transfer. Great if you if have several external audio or video equipment connections to your laptop as I do.
