    Bleach dispenser never worked. Install was terrible and the dryer has now quit working after two years and one week after delivery.

    Wouldn’t waste your money! It did okay for a little bit but then clothes started to come out dirty and I would have to re wash them. Now it is throwing E2 Code and so I took the drain pipe off and checked the drain pump and there was nothing blocking it from draining but it still will not drain.

    The washer is easy to use. But within 60 days the hoses inside the unit was not put on securely and busted. Water all over the laundry room a puddle. Not even 60 days and a problem.

    I do like the see through top. The no agitator lets you out in bigger blankets. I have had this for almost 3 years. It hasnt let me down yet.

    Don’t purchase this washer unless you want your house to shake every 20 seconds as it fills with water. It literally shakes the plumbing throughout the house as it stops and starts filling water. It’s in our basement yet we can hear and feel it from every room in the house.

    Replaced twice. 1st time was within 6 months of purchase, replaced since no one was available for repairs. 2nd time it is so off balance it has trouble finishing a load of 3 items. Protection plan covers a replacement if they can’t fix jt, but then you need to buy a new plan after replacement.

    Worst commercial experience ever. Multiple deliveries cancelled or no-shows by Bestbuy despite promises, including on the morning of scheduled delivery days. Bestbuy actually initially sold me an item that was out of stock and not on back order. Eventual delivery was over two months late. Missed three days of work. Compensation:$75 gift card. Very disappointed.

    Cleans very well. LOVE not having an agitator! Now my clothes do not get stretched out and torn over time. Having no agitator is a game changer and this unit cleans as well as ones I have had with agitators.
    It is loud when it switches between cold and hot water though.

    i purchased this washer in April … we’ve had it 6 months now and every time that I was sheets or blankets or the occasional comforter I get the “E1” error message … it seems a little discouraging … I really, really like this washer. I wish that I could have given a 4.5 rating.
    Has anyone else had this problem????

    I gave thius review , because I neede a larger drain hose and when I went to order one, they wanted to charge me 99.00 to send it to me. I already paid for installation and made an installation appointment, but now I won,t have the hose when they come. That’s ridiculous!!!

    Perfect washing machine for my New York apartment I have a very small area to put the washing machine and it fit perfect. I am able to attach it to the kitchen sink and faucets when I use it. I am impress how big the washer is and fit a king size bed sheet and comforter. the washing machine is easy to use and have multiple setting. My only complain is that the noise that makes when washing and I think is normal.
