It works great. The controls are easy to understand. The unit came well package to avoid damage. The metal seems a little thin but so far no visible damage. A glass lid and stainless steel drum. I know it is made in China, but so is most things today, just “assembled” in the US. It so far has work flawlessly. I recommend everyone to buy it

I actually really love this washer! It washed my clothes great. Looks really nice too. I bought the matching dryer a week after getting the washer because I loved the washer so much. I ordered online and picked up in store. The whole process was super easy. I will buy the Insignia brand again!

Purchased in March, 2023, pump went out in middle of December took 2 weeks for an appointment on December 28, 2023 . He came we helped him empty water from washer tub, till empty, so he could work on it .then he said the pump was the wrong pump . it takes another 2 weeks to order. Called to see if part came .. said he would schedule for 1/16/24. There should not be a pump problem on a new washer .. Lemon.. getting the run around now .Hard on this 76 yr. senior widow ..

Bought this for my daughter and the installer didn’t hook it up correctly so it flooded the apartment. She had the maintenance people install it and tried running it again, but there was something wrong with the washer, so it flooded again. The installer didn’t even hook up the dryer so not sure if it works. Stick with Insignia televisions.

I had this washer total of two and a half years and had to be repaired three times. And on the third time the technician deemed that it was better to just get a replacement washer then for them to fix it. So I recommend getting the three-year or better the five year replacement plan is this washer will not last you more than 2 years. So instead of getting a replacement washer of the exact one I upgraded and paid the extra to get an LG front load washer

Don’t buy stuff with BestBuy they have horrible customer service! washer is an absolute piece of junk…broke down in less than 90 days with no abnormal or heavy use…bought the original 1 year ago and it’s been replaced with a new one under the geek squad plan twice because it’s so junky! Cost me $128 for a new protection plan each time it’s been replaced! Was told the protection plan would be refunded this time so I added it again but now they say the can’t refund it! BestBuy should be called WorstBuy!

Great washing machine, it is big and firs a lot of clothes. I will suggest when washing bulky items such as comforters put them on heavy duty load not bulky. For some reason bulky items on the bulky setting confuses the machine. Other than that it is a great machine.

I find the problem with this washer is the probably the spin cycle. It leaves way to much water in the cityrs after final cycle. They are still soaked full of water.
