    First and foremost, before I praise how great this chair feels, make sure you look at the dimensions to be sure you can fit it where you want it. I didn’t and now the chair is in a room I didn’t plan for (check my photo).
    That being said, it’s a great product. I’ve only had it a short time, so I hope it continues to work as well as it currently does. I haven’t used all of the preset massage functions. I haven’t found one that uses the heat on the back rollers, yet. It’s easy to turn on the heat though. All of the customizable functions are easy to use.
    My only complaint is the chair doesn’t go back to its basic sitting position when you’re done. You have to hold the button to get it back to normal upright position. I haven’t read through all of the manual, though. It’s possible I missed something.
    The Bluetooth is easy to set up and the speakers sound good. The phone holder is not wide enough for my phone (iPhone 13 Max Pro).
    All in all , I’d recommend it to anyone considering buying one (as long as it fits).

    Purchased as a Christmas present for my wife. She absolutely loves it, and uses it daily. Construction seems solid so far, the different programmed message types are great. No complaints so far. Definitely a winner.

    Does exactly what it says it will do. 1st one was defective and returned. It had a thump when elevating legs. 2nd one perfect. Not intended to substitute as a recliner, but it’s easy to understand how people could fall asleep in it.

    I love this chair. It works out all the stress in my body. I sit and go through 3-4 massages each day. Well worth the spend. My only complaint is the chair could not fit upstairs because it’s too wide so it sits in my family room,

    Bought without seeing it.. was aprehensive.. only thing i didnt like is that it comes assembled and wouldnt fit through doors . But boy it q great product! We have been using it quite a bit. No complains other than a better instructions to dissembly to allow the door through movement.

    I’ve had a cleaning business for 10 yrs now and my body is feeling it. I have been paying for a monthly massage for years. I bought this chair when it was an excellent price! I use this chair sometimes morning and night. It has relieved my daily aches and pains. It’s also helped with circulation. I do wish it had air pads and rollers in the thigh area. I also wish it had heat in the hand and arm area.
    I’d recommend this chair. Delivery was great!!

    After waiting almost a month for installers to come back and set chair up, it is discovered it will not fit through my basement door. Settled for it being placed in my living room. Husband and I tried it out and hands down, it was worth the wait. Customer Service is sending out technicians to disassemble chair and place it in hubby’s man cave!!! Hubby is a truck driver and often experience many aches and pains. This chair is wonderful!!

    Overall, I am happy with the chair, especially for the Black Friday price. However, I dont know if I got a defective one or not, because while I feel the calf massagers moving, they barely touch my calves (which are not small). Even when I try to press them deeper into calf section, the massaging balls barely make contact. Anyone else have this issue?
